Horrible customer service experience, attempted to get a new pre filter for my dyson and all he wanted to do was sell me a new vacuum. When I told him I couldn't afford a new vacuum he told me to "govern myself" and all his great info is "free of charge". If you wanted to be talked down to today, call this guy.

I’m very sorry to do this but I won’t shop here again. I moved to brockville 4 years ago and needed a vacuum. I went in to this shop and told Barry that I wanted a Tri star vacuum as I was told they are the best and I told him I had pets and an asthmatic child. He convinced me to buy a Miele and told me it was the best and he has a child with asthma as well so I trusted him. The vacuum was just under $1000, but Barry was kind enough to let me make payments on it. Soon after, I found the same vacuum from another store for around half that price. I went back and told him and he brushed it off telling me it didn’t have the same attachments as what he sold me, and would not take less money for it. It absolutely had the same attachments. THEN he told me I had a free cleaning, so I dropped it off for that. The free cleaning was actually $40 because something needed to be replaced. I wasn’t called and told that, he just changed it and charged my husband $40 when he picked it up. Now I was just vacuuming and the canister bumped into the corner of my wall. The whole lid popped off and a plastic piece broke. I’m throwing this vacuum in the garbage and will never shop at dependable vacuum again. I hate to leave a negative review on someone’s small business but this whole experience has been a nightmare and I wanted to save another young family from the same thing.
