Originally, they only regarded them as general door-to-door sales, but found that they were very serious and were able to point out the areas that need repairs and how to repair them. Afterwards, their person in charge, Robert, personally came to explain the services they can provide. It turns out that XcelCor not only cleans the roof, but also Pest Control. They noticed that Raccoon and rats are infested in the backyard and terrace, so they also suggested Some cleaning and precautionary work. Although there are more services than I originally wanted, it is also a must, and it also saves me the trouble of finding other companies. I am very satisfied with their work and the charges are reasonable. Robert's attitude is professional and friendly. This is a recommended company. I personally have had a difficult time with my cleaning ladies. Spot cleaning is not what I want to pay for. I have brought up my concerns and issues with the office (Melissa), yet nothing has been done. I am very unhappy with their lack of service. I do not reccomend this company.

Robert and Jay recently scrubbed and sprayed my roof moss, cleaned the inside and outside of the gutters and washed my second story windows. As a rule, I hate having people work around my home but everything about this experience was great. They were punctual, easy to communicate with, thorough and efficient. We had a 15 year old cedar roof cleaned, which turned out very nicely. Xcelcor also pressure washed a very large circular driveway, all sidewalks, stairs, porches, and a 100 year old granite retaining wall. We were happy with the results, and the professional approach to their services. Robert clearly cares about his customers' satisfaction. They showed up on time, did excellent work for a fair price, and were very courteous while on site at our family home. We were new customers and will use Xcelcor again in the future. From first contact through to completed work and follow up, Robert and his team were professional and very responsive.

The roof still had lots of green moss after 6 months so they came back and did the roof again. The nice thing was that I didn't have to place multiple calls to bring them back. Robert from Xcelcor knocked on my door to solicit business while his staff were cleaning my neighbour's roof. I didn't give him my business until my neighbour recommended him. While cleaning my gutters, he strongly suggested that I remove the moss from my roof. Not knowing anything about roof maintenance, I agreed since I had never cleaned my roof in the 16 years that I lived in my house. Robert's team did an amazing job, and Robert checked the quality of the work while it was being done. He discovered problems with my gutters and broken tiles on my roof, and he fixed everything for me at a nominal additional charge. Today my roof is completely clean, and all the broken tiles and gutters have been repaired, preventing a future roof leak. All in all, Xcelcor has done an amazing job, and I am glad that I used them. Highly recommended.

Robert came after my call on a rainy day and just in 10 minutes, he pointed out all the problems that I had without me saying anything. HORRIBLE Cleaning company.. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Xcelcor Cleaning has been nothing but a pain & stress. This company was hired to clean my condo as I'm injured due to a MVA (which the company knows). They show up 30 to an hour later then the appointment time, they leave before the hour and a half is up. They Spot clean, check off their cleaning list that they've done everything but always miss things. Condo does not smell clean or look clean, has smelled like cigarettes(I don't smoke) and smelled like old dirty towels. Cancelled appointments day of appointment. I have complained multiple times to the office lady & there has never been a resolution. She's sent other cleaners the week after and said it would be re-clean appointment yet they charged me. Also these two new cleaners did not do a good job. The office lady told me that I should be home to tell the cleaners how and where to clean? LOL these cleaners are "professionals" I shouldn't have to tell them how to clean. If you want a half A$$ job for 150$ then this is the cleaning company for you.

I retained the services of Xcelcor Cleaning this summer to clean my gutters and soffits, remove 15 years of embedded moss on my roof and apply a moss inhibiting spray. They also pressure washed my driveway and sidewalks. Afterwards, when I pointed out some areas on the roof and soffits that had been overlooked, Account Manager Marie Stone made sure her team - Samuel, Martin and Tadeas - returned to my home to address the issues.
