We hired Wonderful to do a cleaning and they did a TERRIBLE job. For one Mimi over charged us. I gave Mimi and her team their own door code that they used for cleaning. This code is only used by them and no one else. When she emailed me her invoice I checked the door code time stamps and her hour did not match up at all. She spent x amount of time inside cleaning and charged me an extra couple of hours. The actual clean that she did was not acceptable. She left lights on, toilet seat up, the place certainly wasn't clean at all and no where of the quality she promised

Very poor. I agree with the other client who had a bad experience. This company sends an sggressive rep. who gives all kinds of assurances. But the work is substandard. Toilet not cleaned. Dust left on several surfaces. Floor left with dirt and hair in clumps. Definitely not one to hire.
