I've worked at a few different office locations in the lower mainland with different office cleaning services. Vanguard has definitely been the best with the quality of cleaning. Our office is quite large, and they never miss the small details. I also appreciate their dedicated service during the pandemic. I feel safe and don't have to ever worry about if the cleaners are taking "shortcuts". Been customer of this company for 5 years and contract just renewed on January of this year. Contracted vendor decides to double the price without explaining to us when we asked for service to change from 3 times a week to once a week. When they got caught they mentioned the price increase was due to the pandemic, and that doubling the price wasn't enough, they want to raise the price even more. When we asked how much more they would like to increase, they abruptly terminated our service contract. What's the point of having a contract if you are going to terminate as you please? A very unprofessional service firm.
