We are expecting a baby and have engaged Top Hat cleaning services for deep cleaning before our little one shows up. The cleaners were very friendly and professional and our place looks amazing and feels fresh! They went above and beyond what we asked for and we are very grateful :) We would definitely recommend and hire Top Hat Cleaning again!

I needed to move out of my apartment on March 31 and didn't feel like cleaning our old apartment after a big move. I called Top Hat and gave them the list my landlord handed to me when they found out we were moving out. I just gave my list over to Top Hat and left it there. No complaints. Got my deposit back. Very happy with their work. Will definitely hire them again if I need move out cleaning done.

This review is definitely long overdue but I will never froget when Top Hat had helped me in surprising my partner of an extremely clean apartment for our Anniversary a year or two ago. The fact that the owner graciously assisted me in this surprise meant a great deal. Customer Service is impeccable and the cleanliness is just out of this world. Couldn't have been happier with the ladies from Top Hat who did my 3/21/2015 move out cleaning! Professional attitude, arrived a few minutes early, felt comfortable to pay 1st and leave to deal with other move out items. When I returned after a call stating they were done (on time) and did a few extra items to help get my deposit back fully I was very impressed. My old landlord said it best... "I have seen a lot of services done, all of them still appeared dirty after done. This is the 1st one I have seen where I am not even planning to do anything. Do you have their card?" Excellent service, fair pricing, great communication. Hired them to do a kinda last-second move-out clean, and they were able to squeeze us in with only a week-ish of warning time. Were very polite and accommodating! Only thing you as a client should do is be SURE to fully read the specifications on their cleaning service section (or ask them directly on the phone, they are very good with communicating). We didn't even think of it until our landlords asked about it, so it was entirely a goof on our part, but Top Hat doesn't do fireplace interiors (at least not for a move-out clean). That was literally the only 'damage' our landlord could note upon moving out though, and they were pretty nit-picky on our inspection. Top Hat did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them if you need a reliable crew to do a move-out cleaning.

Tara is pleasant to work with and very accommodating, and her staff do a phenomenal job and are extremely detail oriented. They follow all of the up to date safety protocol given covid-19, making me feel very safe and comfortable. I came home to a condo that looked like a hotel! Highly recommended as they clean my condo monthly.

Top Hat was hired to come clean my apartment after I moved in. It had been spot cleaned but was in desperate need of a deep clean to remove a layer of grime from the previous tenants that hadn't been cleaned properly prior to my move-in. The Top Hat ladies worked efficiently and effectively, and were really pleasant to have in the apartment. They were professional, knowledgeable about the best products to use, and were very transparent about what they couldn't get to with the time allotted -- my landlord had told them the condition was in much better shape than reality, so he had only booked a 2.5 hour window when it probably needed 4 hours. I was impressed with the owner of the business, and I will be using their cleaning service regularly moving forward.

Top Hat Cleaning was so helpful with my move-in cleaning. When I got my apartment, I was horrified to find that the owners didn't do ANY cleaning except for washing the carpets, and every surface was covered in literal millimetres of grime. My mother and I cleaned for two days and hired a cleaning lady and it was still dirty beyond belief. I wish I had called Top Hat the first day I moved in because they took my apartment from dreadfully dirty to looking like a place I should probably pay more in rent for. Would recommend in a heart beat, great service all around. Moved into a new place that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, with stains, garbage and roting food from the previous tenants. Called Top Hat Cleaning on the Friday and was met with a kind sympathetic lady who scheduled a cleaning for the Sunday. The overall cleaning was amazing the 2 ladies went above and beyond scrubbing and making the place sanitary and livable, no area or corner got ignored. Would rate above 5 stars if possible. We were told they clean the place like they would want their house cleaned and that statement couldn't be more true.

I've used Top Hat Cleaning for two move out cleans over the last year and have been impressed by the service and results each time. The girls were practically working before the front door was closed behind them. They pull out fridges and stoves to get every square inch of the kitchen. I had no idea how much grime builds up on the sides of a stove! I was equally impressed with the service throughout the rest of the house, both times. Tara the owner was so professional. They arrived next day after my call, with all cleaning supplies in hand. They were kind to my dog who was skeptical of the 'intrusion' They explained exactly what they were able to do in order to keep within the budget they quoted over the phone. In about 3 hours the job was complete and I couldn't be more happy. We are sure we will get our complete damage deposit back upon leaving. The place is cleaner than it was when we moved in. Tara is amazing!! I had to move extremely last minute and was scrambling to find a cleaning service last minute. Tara was super accommodating and squeezed me in last minute even though it was the end of the month and was so great! The apartment looks amazing and I am so happy! I was so stressed out before but now I'm looking forward to my final move out inspection! Tara exceeds "above and beyond". If you need your come cleaned, you should contact top Hat!! Tara at Top Hat Cleaners was great. Very easy to deal with and communicative. There was a snow fall the day before the cleaning and she contacted me to ensure everything was still good to go. When the property manager came in to do the inspection, she was very impressed with the cleaning and asked me for the contact information for Top Hat. Other cleaners I contacted charge a minimum 3 hours and Top Hat was the only cleaning company that quoted and charged for 2 hours for a move-out for 1 bedroom condo. Very impressed and highly recommend Tara and Top Hat Cleaners

I don't know where all the good reviews came from.. I shouldn't have believed them. They would quote you cheap to get your business and later on make it out like your place needs much work than expected and charge you a lot extra. Not only that, the cleaning job they did was REALLY sloppy - they're in a super hurry to leave to their next job, leaving a lot of spots NOT WIPED EVEN ONCE! By the time you get to check everything, they're all packed to go! After I pointed out a few noticeable spots they missed, I gave up; as they're all packed and the girl just kept wiping with the same dirty towel over and over on everything. So, I decided to just let them go and clean it up myself, and, of course, found a drawer and some floor areas completely untouched and dirty. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. They'll probably respond to this review with some lame excuse, too.

I have been using Top Hat Cleaning for over a year for general cleaning services a couple times a month. They are prompt, professional, flexible, and are so very thorough. They get all the nooks and crannies, and do not cut corners. I have stayed so long because I have come to trust them in my home, and trust the work they do. I would recommend these ladies to anyone for any job, big or small. They also did my move out clean, and the place was spotless, right down to the stove fan. I can't say enough good things about Top Hat. I'm so happy I found them, and I will be with them for a long time. You should definitely give them a try!

I've had a few cleaning services in my home in the last while and they were all pretty good, but my last experience with Top Hat was the best. They did a good job on my house, but more importantly for me is that there was a level of "trust" between customer and client that came through in the initial meeting. this is important to me as you let someone into your home for a few hours and you want them to be there for the right reasons. Would definitely hire them again, and will refer them to the 190 +/- people that work in my agency.

Charged $450 after cleaning for less than 2 hours. Two young females showed up appearing very sketchy and rude. REFUSED to move a garbage can or chair to clean an area. Our place was 95% empty except some chairs and garbage bin. Service was mediocre and at the end I was missing some change, designer belt from my room, skincare product from my washroom. DO NOT INVITE THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME.

I am so happy with Tara and her crew! I wrote her a nice review on Yelp! but, for some suspicious reason, my favourable rating and review was removed from the supposedly unbiased website. I had hired Top Hat Cleaning to clean and prep an apartment for sale. They did a wonderful job but because there were some stubborn stains on the old carpet, Tara voluntarily offered to clean it one more time. Such service! Long story short, the apartment is looking so much better after the deep cleaning. Would absolutely recommend Top Hat Cleaning!
