On May 28, 2021, I hired The Maids to clean my house. I got home and there were crumbs on the floor in my dining room and dirt on bathroom floor. The table wasn’t washed and the counter to the right of my sink wasnt washed. I called to complain. The manager said he would get me a new team for free next time. I cancelled. The next month I got a call from Mary. I tried to do a move out clean and complained about the previous clean. She was upset with me and said my story didn’t make sense. Why would I want them to come back if they did a bad job. She immediately charged 680 dollars to my credit card for cancelling the service. I emailed and said I didn’t cancel I just wanted a move out clean and wanted a refund. I made a complaint of fraudulent charge with my credit card company and an considering taking the maids to court if it doesn’t get worked out. I don’t have time for this. Don’t hire them.
