Called because I was interested in booking their service and upon telling them we're cleanly people and our apartment is in good condition, the response from the person on the phone was "why would you call me then?" I was shocked by the annoyed tone as if my calling about their services was somehow a hindrance to them. Sufficed to say that I did not book their service and if customer service is important to anyone out there then I would recommend steering clear as well.
