I thought she was a nurse in her cleaning attire... that is how professional this company is! I hired her company, not only as my personal house cleaning company but as the cleaning company for my weekly vacation rental turnovers, It is demanding, requires a lot. and a fast meticulous clean of a 5 bedroom property. Stephanie and her team did an exceptional job. We used them weekly for a few months while I was injured. All the cleaners were friendly and very accommodating to our specific needs. It felt great to know that the products were not harsh chemicals and didn't leave a strong smell in the house when they were done. I would certainly use them again in the future!

I was very excited to use this company since thay advertised using all natural products and they had a comprehensive list of what is included in the cleaning. They sent 2 cleaners to my house who were there for about 2-2.5 hrs. I was charged $441. 5% is GST and $70 was a travel fee, so ultimately I ended up paying $70/hr when the website states $45/hr. Shortly after the cleaners left, I spilled something on the kitchen floor. When I went to wipe it up, my paper towel was black!! The cleaners had asked me what I wanted done and I told them what I cared about most was that they vacuum and mop the kitchen floor. Obviously I was quite disappointed that they didn’t deliver on the quality promised on the website and that I feel I was overcharged. Stephanie (the owner) read my initial review and called my wife right away. She came back and redid the job free of charge. We were both very impressed with how quickly Stephanie responded and that she remedied the situation right away. We both felt bad that she came just 2 weeks away from giving birth, but that is how much of a hard worker Stephanie is. It was wonderful getting to meet her face to face. She is very professional and delightful to deal with. She went through the house with my wife after the job was done and it looked 1000x better! Will definitely be using their services again.

I tried many cleaning companies in Kelowna over the years. All of them were a disappointment: incomplete cleans, broken items, untrained or/and unmotivated staff, some of our own cleaning supplies disappearing etc… I had given up and just assumed there are no good cleaners in Kelowna. Then I found organic and clean ! Finally a company that delivers consistent and complete cleans, trained and happy cleaners, physically fit and healthy cleaners, they show up on time, they are respectful for your space and home … all of it. So at least from my experience, they are not only good, they are the only good cleaning company in Kelowna. If you are someone who wants to clean and learn, I also highly recommend you work for them, you will learn a lot and enjoy your work !
