Horrible experience! We booked for a deep clean and that is absolutely not what we got. For starters when I booked she said that 2 people would come based off of our square footage. Instead 3 people came and we had to pay extra for the additional person (we asked and checked and that is no where in their policy). There wasn't a consultation, which I thought due to covid perhaps they'd do the consult when they arrive, that didn't happen. When they arrived we told them what we wanted and they brushed it off. We basically ended up babysitting them to make sure things got done but essentially they did a half done standard clean that we could've easily done without the headache. We were willing to let it go however after finding out the final cost and inquiring about it. We were surprised to see how rude and unprofessional reaction. I in no way would recommend this cleaning service.

I have been using Molly Maid since 2016, it is such a good feeling to come home after work to a clean house. These ladies go the extra mile and even keep in mind of my cats, they leave funny quotes on my son's chalk board, and are super flexable if you need to change a day or time. The communication with these ladies is fantastic. My home isn't always in a perfect state when they arrive, and I never hear a complaint. I would recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a help cleaning. ????????????

I hired Cindy and Penny to clean my 2 bedroom apartment for a move out and they were very accommodating. I had a tight moving schedule and they were willing to start at 7am to make it work. They finished in 2 hours and left the place spotless! I highly recommend them. Very friendly, efficient fast service and for a good price.

We have had the Molly Maid service since we have moved to Kamloops about 11 years now. We really appreciate the way Cindy and Penny run the business. The ladies do a great job and we really feel we get value for the money spent. I also need to mention that because of covid 19 we were wondering when it would be time to restart our cleaning schedule, we were reassured that the company took all precautions necessary to make us feel comfortable with the ladies here in the home cleaning. We are happy to say everything is working great and we feel very safe. A great company....

Super friendly and nice. Did a wonderful job and were very efficient. They were super nice to my dog who loved them and followed them around. They did a great job of accommodating her. We were extremely lucky to get a team of 3, so glad that was stated on their website... They took the time to explain that a team of 3 does not cost anymore. It takes less time with the extra hands. We were so grateful for that... We were on an extreme time crunch. And having the extra lady made all the difference.
