Hired Molly Maid Jan. 25th/18 and before they stated, not only did I emphatically communicate to the agent to include the tip in the invoice, but also get the invoice asap due to doing my taxes. It was a 8:00 am schedule and they arrived 9:00 am. Through my whole day off. Since I have not received a invoice yet I called Jan.26/18 and the agent stated it would be emailed at the end of the day, that was Friday. No invoice, so I called Monday, Jan. 29th and again the agent stated she would sent it at the end of the day. They did send a invoice, but the tip showed separate. I called Jan.30th, the same lame excuse. Called Jan.31 the same excuse. You can read I was a little angry. Finally got the invoice.
From Jan. 25th it was cloudy until Feb.9th/18 and one could not see if the windows were really clean from floor to ceiling. Then the sun came out on that day, and what a mess the windows were in. Streaks on all of them. I called Feb.12th and explained to Molly Maid the situation. No response. Feb. 14th and 15th talked to Joanne and she stated her staff use rags on the windows. "RAGS"
Never in my life, and I have learned from experience owning several rentals one does not clean windows with a "RAGS" , use a mop and squeegee like I not only do but all the professional window cleaners do.
My last conversation with Lanai is since a few weeks have gone by they would not return to clean the windows. Incidentally, they used a rage for all the mirrors.
