They didn’t do a good job cleaning our house located in Coquitlam!!! When I called to speak to a manger regarding this they said someone would call me back and now they are not returning my calls!!!!! The services we received from the cleaners and management are not good. I would call another local Compnay that will see the job gets done or at least return a phone call when something doesn’t go right. Stay away from these people! Ps. They are not cheap they took my $300 bucks like it was going out of style.

Merry Maids has been coming here for over a year. We look forward to their arrival each week. They do an excellent job and every once in a while I learn about their efficient cleaning tricks. They are a nice group of workers. Always professional! After they leave, we sit around and enjoy all of their hard work. Its like a mini vacation:) Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient housekeeping team!

My mother (who is in her 60s and couldn't be bothered to give a review) hired Merry Maids as a birthday gift to herself in November. They told her on the phone it would be $120/hour so she booked it. They did not tell her it was a minimum 2 hour booking so when it was time to pay and the bill was $240 she was shocked. She would not have hired them if we knew it was a MINIMUM CHARGE of $240 just to have them show up. Secondly, the people who cleaned the house did a pretty terrible job. There is a dog in the house which is the main reason she hired cleaners. When they left I inspected the job they did and there was hair everywhere. They "cleaned" the bathroom but when I checked it out there was still residue on the toilet and in the bathtub/shower. I honestly couldn't tell that cleaners were even in the house. She informed them after paying the $240 that she would no longer require the service in the future due to cost being hired than we thought. She also sent an email to the company informing them of the situation and that we wished they would have been more clear about the cost. One week later the same two cleaning people showed up again!! We kindly declined and explained that we did not want them to clean again. We sent another email to the company asking why two more showed up, and received no reply to any of our grievances. This morning she tells me she got another email from Merry maid promotion email asking if we want to sign up for a bi-weekly cleaning. She does not. I'm sure merry maid has done some good work in the past, but in the case of my mother's house, they did not. She said the cleaning people were nice though.

I had this company did a complete cleaning of my apartment, The Maids were very friendly and did such a awesome job , I havent seen my apartment looks so great and appreciate what service they did for me being on disablility . I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some awesome TLC . I would give this company a huge 5 Star rating .

Spoke with Raymond and found him to be very easy to deal with and he explained their policies and procedures so I knew there would be no surprises. They showed up on the day promised. I called a few days before I needed a move out clean and they were able to fit me in! The woman I spoke to was VERY personable! She told me all about their services and pricing and then sent me an email confirming what we had discussed, including their policies and procedures. On the day of the cleaning, the team showed up on time. They were 2 polite ladies and got right to work. They left my apartment sparkling! It was money well spent as they even washed out my fridge, stove/oven, and cupboards. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!!

I have been very impressed with their service. Although this is different than hiring privately the attention to detail is the same. There is a very fine receptionist/liaison who also does home inspections to make sure the service continues to meet their standards. I am delighted.

I've had to make last minute schedule changes, or request specific times and they have always done their best to work with my needs. The quality and detail of the services provided is nowhere near worth the cost. Despite giving them detailed lists of what we want cleaned (which all overlapped with their services provided on their website, except for a few special instructions for specific rooms) many things were skipped each week or were not done with great detail (corners skipped, wastebaskets left unemptied, cupboards doors uncleaned, surfaces left undusted, etc). I would suggest going with a word-of-mouth recommendation. I ultimately blame the company and not the cleaners.
