Feel like I got ripped off. 196 for 3 and a half hours with the maid talking for 15 minutes in the beginning... empty small apartment that needed some cleaning, and that couldn't even get done. She missed quite a bit for 3 and a half hours. They did offer to have her come back in on Friday but, I dont have time for that, it should of been done properly the first time anyways. I wouldn't recommend this cleaning company.

Not cheap but what is these days? You do get what you pay for. Very satisfied with the quick work and the quality of the work. At first they were booked up but then they quickly rearranged some things and got me an appointment same day. Will call them again

Honestly I would give this business no stars if it were an option. I hired Merry Maids to do a move out clean in my apartment which was totally empty. They were scheduled to come in the day before the walk through with the landlord. Initially they quoted me for 3 hours and then during the clean they called me to let me know that it would be another hour. It was my understanding that you schedule a move out clean because it is "one less thing to worry about". That could not be further from the case. When my boyfriend went back to do the walk through, the apartment was left an absolute mess. The cleaners left garbage bags in the middle of the floor, didn't clean the baseboards, didn't clean the oven, left the windows dirty and there were foot prints left all over the floor. With a move out clean you would assume that they clean all the things on the move out check list such as the oven, behind the fridge, etc but when I called to complain they let me know that they don't clean those things. No where on the website did it specify that they refuse to clean certain things in a move out clean. So I paid $500 for the maids to take 4 hours to clean the countertops and that is about it. I am absolutely appalled with the job they did. My boyfriend spent the whole rest of the day cleaning up the mess they weren't able to do and we had to show our landlord a partially cleaned house thanks to Merry Maids. I can't speak for their normal cleaning services but whatever you do don't waste your money with their move out clean IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

They show up when they say they're going to show up, clean very well, and are super friendly if I have questions or need to switch my cleaning date (when I go on holiday). We have been using Merry Maids for over a year now on a monthy basis. Everything about this operation is very professional. They always call to remind you of the time the day before so that there isn’t any confusion. They are also very accommodating to shift work schedules and are able to adapt the date and time without much hassle on you. We have been very happy with the quality of cleaning they provide as well and always love coming home to a nice clean house. Highly recommend this company.

They didn’t do a good job cleaning. When I did the walk through I noticed oven door wasn’t clean. Mirror in master had streaks. They completely missed dusting top of the largest piece of bedroom drawer After they left. I noticed they didn’t vacuum under a bench I had in bedroom. I only live in a apartment!!!! I sent them a message about it and didn’t hear back. Poor service alll around Would not recommend getting them to clean
