So I just moved into a place where the previous tenants didn’t bother leaving the place in living condition (picture a really old house that was filled with spiderwebs on the ceiling, dirt and dust all around, nails and screws lying around in random places, mould and mildew in the appliances, etc) I called Maids4U as I’d been following them on Instagram for a while and liked what I saw. Within an hour the team was here and cleaning. I finally feel as though I can unpack and live without screaming ‘EW’ every 5 seconds. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys for coming last minute and helping to make this place feel like a home! I will recommend this company to every single person I know!!

We had our house cleaned by MAIDS 4U today and we are so happy with the results! Our kitchen and bathrooms have never looked so clean and spotless!, Our floors were so shiny and I’m still trying to process how amazing my shower glass turned out!! OMG! It’s finally transparent. We love how professional they were, but mostly impressed with how detailed their cleaning was. They missed nothing!! Not one thing!! Where do I start? Thank you Maids 4u for coming in such a short noticed and for everything you did for our family. I’ve been following their IG page for months now and fell in love with everything they do. Since I was supposed to get a post construction clean for my newly renovated townhouse by the contractors I never thought pf looking for anyone. However, something happened , blah, blah, Bs!!, with my contractors cleaners and they wouldn’t come over the long weekend (even though it was scheduled and confirmed). I was mad and frustrated because I had everything planned with the movers but I had no cleaners!! So at the last minute (during a long weekend), I had to start looking for a cleaning crew. I contact MAIDS 4U, spoke with Mark and explained what happened. Within minutes i got a call back from Alberto and that’s when i lost it. I started crying, I didn’t know what to do, I was mad!, until he said: Ms., We got you!!, We are fully booked, but we got you! - I will pull one member from each of our 5 teams and will get to you ASAP. I don’t know what time we will start, but i promise to be done before Sunday. They arrived at 10:30AM and worked until almost 8PM. Thank you everyone at MAIDS 4U for taking care of our home and for keeping your word. You have a client for life! God bless you guys and thank you for accommodating and caring for our family. In Feb 2020 the team at MAIDS 4U HOME SERVICES in Port Coquitlam, did a superior job in preparing my town home for sale. > They did a Deep Clean incl. removal of thick black mold from a window sill. > Power washed patio and entrance way. > Cleaned 2 pkg stalls and storage unit. > Removed window coverings and installed new ones incl. glass slider. > Checked appliances and fans. > Re-glued and replaced missing and loose trim from furnace and laundry areas. > Junk removal incl. window coverings, stove, and misc. furniture. > Removed, cleaned and re-installed light fixtures, and replaced lighting. > Prepped and painted entire unit (1100sq ft) incl. walls, baseboards, window sills, fireplace surround, 2 banisters, and 2 bathroom ceilings. > Installed new fan covers sink faucets, shower poles, towel rack and toilet fixtures in 2 bathrooms. > Changed front door lock and door handle in master bedroom. > Removed and re-installed doors in preparation for carpet installation incl. double set of mirrored doors in master bedroom. > Oversaw removal of wall to wall underlay and carpet throughout unit, and oversaw installation of new carpet incl. 2 sets of stairs; even though it was a separate project which they were not responsible for. > Steam cleaned kitchen tiles. Communication was impeccable. Pictures were forwarded. Timely texts and phone calls were made to discuss matters needing attention and offer options. Everything was completed to perfection in less then 3 weeks and the final cost to me was more then fair. My townhouse sold for full asking after just 1 day on the market, and that was during a pandemic. UNRELIABLE!!! They never showed up for the appointment that I made 4 weeks in advance. I also phoned to check and confirm the week before the appointment to ensure that they would be coming to clean, as I knew that I would be too busy to do it myself preparing for our party that evening. They never showed up, and left me with an emergency situation. I phoned the Maids 4U company 8 times (the day of the appointment) to find out where they were, or when they were planning to show up, but I was only able to leave a message, and no one ever phoned me back. Thanks to Molly Maid who provided me with emergency service. I will be using another service for my cleaning in the future. I had planned to get monthly cleaning, but will go with Molly Maid instead. Extremely disappointed with Maids 4U!! Don't count on them showing up!!
