This is an update to my previous 1* review. Jason and my family were able to reach a resolution to the cleaning issues we encountered during our move-out clean. I would recommend ensuring both parties are in 100% agreement and on the same page regarding expectations of the job booked - in our case, that would have eliminated the bulk of the problems. Jason - thank you for being responsive and working with us to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
