Dirty streaks on blinds, dust covered light fixtures, filth between fridge and wall, dirty door frames and handles, not even an attempt at cleaning kitchen drawers, streaks on hardwood floor, fridge STILL dirty. For spending close to $300 I am very disappointed. Just noticed shower tiles are also dirty... If you hire their services make sure you babysit the cleaners for the 6 hours they spend “cleaning”.

LHS is great. We hired them to do a deep clean of our townhouse and then continued on with biweekly 2 hour cleans. Our cleaner was able to clean two full sized bathrooms, our kitchen, most of our floors and some other tasks. We had our home cleaned by one of the LHS staff yesterday and I cannot express enough how happy myself and my wife were with both the cleaning and the communication. Karen is very friendly, professional and quick at finding the right staff to do the necessary cleaning. We had to have someone clean the entire townhome, which is 1700 square feet. There was need of window washing, 3 bathrooms.cleaned, all appliances, and floors. It was all done beyond our expectations in regards to time and to immaculate cleaning. Thank you Karen and LHS team. This service has impressed me so much! They go above and beyond what I expected. Lifestyle Home Service is professional, friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. For instance in a 2 hour job with a single employee , I requested my 3 bathrooms cleaned, my 3 level house vacuumed and floors mopped, and when I returned home, not only are those areas done perfectly, my 4 kids beds are made, the living room is tidy, every surface is dusted, smudges on walls are wiped, dishes are done, and the toilet paper is even neatly folded! How she gets that done in the short time is beyond me. I have had the pleasure of experiencing 4 of their employees because of a scheduling or a cancellation and it has been the same experience with each of them. High quality work. The girls take pride in their work, and I greatly appreciate that.

Very happy with the first house clean we received. They were very professional, fast and thorough. Edited to add: After several months of receiving cleaning, there were a few things that occurred that I was not happy with and decided to discontinue cleaning services with them. The first was that since I was simply receiving a monthly cleaning, although I had a monthly scheduled date, my monthly date was simply bumped to a different day and time. I wasn’t asked if the new time and date worked, I just received an email stating the new date. When I inquired regarding this, they apologized and suggested that perhaps they weren’t the right fit. As a parent with young kids who nap, simply changing the time whenever works best for the company, often doesn’t work for young families. My final cleaning was not up to standard, and when I politely commented that one of the toilet bowls hadn’t been cleaned, as well as main surface areas not dusted, there were no apologies but that they simply weren’t the right fit. They seemed extremely professional at first but their communication was very subpar. I’ve since found an amazing cleaner at half their price.
