Best cleaning service ever and DEFINITELY worth the price! I am home from college for the winter and spent most of the time packing up the excess/old stuff in my room. I wasn't the cleanest during my time of staying at home, and my bathroom was literally filthy and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in lord knows how long. I was recommended this service by a friend, and the "deep cleaning" of my bathroom didn't last more than 2hours! The 2nd Supervisor is so friendly and helpful with great choice of test also had no problem vacuuming the floor in my bathroom as well. Definitely will call again for any cleaning needs!

I scheduled a last minute move-out cleaning for my apartment. Long story short, I got food poisoning and my move got behind schedule. I needed to find a way to get my apartment cleaned so I could get my deposit back. Despite the short notice, Kirei Cleaning responded quickly and set up a time. They did such a good job cleaning my apartment that it had neatly looked better when I left than when I had moved in. In the future, I am going to leave the cleaning to the professionals. I now realize that it would have been well worth it to hire Kirei Cleaning even if I had been healthy. I am calling them today to schedule another clean out for a friend that recently moved. It was awesome.

I have never written a Google review before, but my wife and I scheduled a move out clean today and no one showed up. We booked a month in advance, and called 3 times ahead of today to confirm (no one responded to our calls, and their answering machine is full). We finally received some text messages back saying there was not an appointment booked. While we don't expect this is the experience of every customer, and they offered to do the cleaning tomorrow, the lack of communication through this process means we will not be using Kirei in the future.

I hired kirei services twice and the second time was a service at my apartment. The service they provided was quite poor. since I work from home and my schedules is quite busy I thought I could save some time by hiring them ...well I was wrong. The guys they sent to clean my unit kept asking me questions and I had to stop working at my computer to give them a hand emptying out the fridge and finishing cleaning the washroom. The guys cleaning up the washroom moved on to clean up the fridge without completing the washroom, imaging the cross contamination if I would have let him get back to the washroom!?!? When they clean the kitchen tops they wet a bunch of paperwork they haven't removed before starting the cleaning. When they moped the apartment they did it with a bucket full of dirty water God knows who's apartment it came from??When I expressed my disappointment they were condescending with my comments. I will not hire them again. They were a total waste of money and time

We had Vicky and Mirna clean our move out apartment and our move in a apartment. They did an excellent job. Everything was was throughly cleaned nothing missed. They were friendly and very professional. We also needed our carpets cleaned in two of the bedrooms. KIrei's carpet cleaner got out a couple of tough stains on a cream carpet which had been difficult for us to remove. The company is very prompt in answering texts and making sure as a customer that the arrival time is confirmed the day before. On one of the cleanings (snowy day) they texted to let us know they would be 5 minutes late. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirei to family and friends.

VERY happy with the results from Kirei carpet cleaning. Tenants had left carpets so dirty they were full of bugs and places where plush had completely disappeared. After vacuuming the carpets every day for 3 weeks they were still bad so was going to throw them out. Very unfortunate as they had been beautiful bright plush Chinese carpets. Richardo did the most thorough job I could ask for. In the other rooms where I was not able to move the furniture, he got in places I didn't expect he could reach. Seeing the great job he did, I asked for an extra room and simply paid a little more.

Being a manager in Customer Service myself, I can honestly say the speed a company acknowledges a new customer makes a huge difference. This was my first time using a cleaning company; I wanted an easy move and to be sure I left the place in spotless condition. I knew I didn't have the energy! A team of 5 people came! I could tell they were a tight knit group and liked their job. I was speechless looking at my place afterwards...it never looked that good. Ever. The job was amazing and far more than I expected. My landlords asked for the name and number of the company so they could use and I plan on using them for regular cleanings at my new place once I'm settled. A friend of mine has recommended Kirei Cleaning, so I called their customer support and scheduled the cleaning for the next day. Their maid arrived on time and was super friendly and polite. I can post the receipts if you really don't believe me! Would be super happy for them to contact me to discuss in person. I only came on here to review because it was that bad. ____ I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. They were late, then tried to leave early with the same pay. I had to argue with them to stay to finish their time. Cleaning wasn’t great - dirt marks on floor after mopping, vacuuming was poor. Manager never responded to our complaints. I think they’re going downhill.

Today we hired 3 individuals from the company to come and clean our new home before we move in next week; the experience was absolutely horrendous to say the least. They arrived late, their only excuse being that "they lived far away," and when they finished, our home was just as dirty as it had been prior to them arriving. When we called the company and placed an official complaint against the team, they must have rescinded their pay for the terrible job, as one of the individuals PERSONALLY CALLED MY MOTHER and threatened her, telling her that she had to pay him directly instead of paying the company, obviously agitated and wanting monetary compensation for his terrible cleaning abilities. It is safe to say that we will not be hiring anybody from this company in the future; the unprofessionalism exhibited today will not be tolerated.

What a wonderful experience. My son moved into a new apartment and the landlord hadn't done due diligence to do inspections, etc. When my son arrived the apartment was disgusting. Filthy appliances, cat smell and hair everywhere and even maggots in the kitchen cupboard! Julio's crew oft two were there for 1/2 a day and when they were through the place looked brand new. We recommend them highly!

Scheduled Kirei Cleaning for a move out cleaning, despite the agreed price, I received a call after the cleaning started asking for 1 more hour of cleaning which I have to pay. And after the cleaning, I could see the dust on the baseboard is not even touched, and the cleaners moved the burner but did not move them back to its original position. And all the blinds are not wiped at all, stains are clearly visible. It is obvious their cleaners are not experienced and does not understand how to carry out an move out clean. And later when my land lord came to check, she emailed me the whole list of unsatisfactory items, I quote here: I spend four hours cleaning the unit myself and the more I cleaned, the more I realized what a poor job your team did. At best, I would say that the unit received a “light” cleaning. This is a short list of some of the items I had to clean after your team had been through the unit: - Black dirt and particles all over the white bathroom floors - Dirt and grime around the bathroom sink and on the underside of the faucet. - Toddler fingerprints on the plastic venetian blinds that were easily cleaned off - Grime build-up on the hardwood floors, which look to have only been lightly swept - Oil and other food stains on the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets - Food stains on the walls that were easily wiped off - Dirty backsplash in the kitchen - The light switches and plugs weren’t wiped off for dust or fingerprints My landlord suggested me to get at least a partial refund for the poor job Kirei cleaning did, which I requested via email, and no response were given. Do not use Kirei cleaning services for any moving in or moving out services. UPDATE: I've already tried to reach out to your team via email right after I received feedback from my landlord, but my email were plainly ignored. I think it is a bit late to try to remedy the situation after I send out the review.

I appreciate how fast they were in responding and setting up a time for me. However, they did a post-reno cleaning job for my condo and the results were sub-par at best. I left very specific instructions for them to clean up any paint drops left by the painter and there was still paint splatter on the floor, glass and mirrors after they were done. I'd also asked them to help remove some trash, which was not done. Perhaps they are better for just regular household cleaning.

I have used Kirei a couple of times and for the most part they've done an ok-good job. Recently asked them to do a move in clean and this was done but quite poorly. I've Included photos of the "cleaning". For 700 bucks plus I'd have expected a better job. Even the carpets they were supposed to clean weren't done well. Super dissapointed I tried politely reaching out to Julio and the team via text. They were super quick to reply for when they wanted to get paid but it's been a few days and still haven't heard back from them. Last month I used Kirei Cleaning Services for a move-out cleaning. I moved from Vancouver to the Gulf Islands and, since I couldn't stick around to do the final clean myself, I contacted Kirei for an estimate. They got back to me very promptly and gave me an accurate and detailed breakdown of available services and associated costs. My landlady was their contact and she had this to say about them: "The cleaners came and did a really great job. They were very sweet as well and were finished in time for the movers. All was perfect. I would certainly recommend them! There is nothing at all to address with your move out." My thanks to the staff of Kirei Cleaning for doing such an excellent job! Moving is so much work and worry and their service allowed me to focus on what I needed to do during a major transition. Highly recommend them!

Picked these cleaners because of the reviews but had a very negative experience. Cleaners were scheduled to arrive at 8:30. They were an hour late and without the carpet cleaners. They kept saying the carpet cleaners (with the special machine) are on their way but they didn't show up until 2pm. Had to reschedule the house inspection as a result. Overall the house was not cleaned properly and when trying to talk to their manager she was very rude (EDIT: You can see it for yourselves in the reply they posted). Personally would not recommend.

This is my second time having my carpets done through Kirei. The technician, Ricardo, was fantastic! He arrived right on time and had everything done in about an hour. He did a great job working around the furniture, and got all the stains out. I got a deal through Groupon, which was a great value. Kirei sent a reminder when it was close to my appointment, which was helpful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, and not 5, is because the service over the phone could have been better when I booked. They got my appointment scheduled, which is what matters most, but they weren't able to answer my questions and were a bit unfriendly about it. Overall, it wasn't enough to tarnish an otherwise great experience though!

Hired Kirei this week for first time. Cleaning service arrived on time. There is a minimum 2 hour cleaning service. I was surprised that the two staff actually were very detailed in their actions and left no stone unturned in the 2 full hours. Erika and Itzel were courteous, respectful, and most importantly, questioning as to what my needs were, and at the close asked me to make sure to do a detailed checkup. I was very impressed with this service.

They arrived 15 mins earlier than the scheduled time, and finished promptly within the time quoted. The price was as quoted, no additional hidden fees or extras, and my apartment was done professionally and to great detail. I was worried about finding a good cleaning service to do a final clean before I moved out, but now I think I have a solid option for if/when I need a cleaning service in the future.

The fellow was decent enough, but given the price it should have met move-out standards. It did not. Further, since moving we've had a series of family tragedies and a natural disaster that moved everything to the back burner, as those things tend to do. We also moved to an area with little to no cell reception. I only get a signal when in town or certain spots in the highway. Rather than treat me like a person Kirei decided to send me an email threatening to shame me to my former organization -- not realizing that I'm not associated with them any longer -- because they couldn't reach me by phone for payment. I feel bad about all the folk I'd neglected while trying to re-find my balance and rhythm after everything that's happened. Suddenly I don't feel so bad about neglecting Kirei. EDIT: As predicted, Kirei responded with something as generic as it is without substance. It addresses nothing, but proves the central point: I assumed the best of them, they assumed the worst of me, and we were both wrong.

Negative : I saw such great reviews and had booked them for this last friday for my 3bhk. I was sent 2 people, but communication was an issue with them. I asked them if I can give them the list of tasks that we are especially looking to get cleaned, but they replied with a no. I was under the impression that they might be aware of the basics atleast and would do a nice job.. It was NOT PROFESSIONAL in the least. I could go into more details but it would just be more disappointment pouring out. Booked this cleaning company and no one showed up at time of booked cleaning and no one will answer the phone line now or text messages. I have booking confirmation messages on my phone confirming the day and time. I used them once prior and the cleaners showed up late. The cleaning was okay at best, still had leftover hand prints on appliances etc when they left. Not impressed at all. For the amount they charge I expect a higher level of service. Edit to add: the cleaners finally came after Julio said they booked my cleaning on the wrong day. One cleaner left their cleaning toothbrush touching our electronic toothbrush in the bathroom. They left greasy marks through my floor, marble floors. The sink was left dirty and wasn't even cleaned. The counters had water marks all over it, like they ran a towel over the counter and it was dirty and let the dirt water dry. They text me asking if I would remove this review for a discount. Why is it so hard to find trustworthy reliable cleaners in Vancouver?! EDIT TO ADD #3: Now the comoany replies below states they're happy to see this review to show "what type of people they have to deal with". I suppose you feel like your company provides the proper level of standard cleaning, but what I wrote above was the absolute truth. A dirty cleaning tooth brush was left on our personal electric toothbrush, the sink was still dirty with leftover food reminents, the marble counter had streaks all over it and the marble floors had grease smears throughout; not to mention clesners didn't show up on the first cleaning and I was told I was booked for a differebt day. I never spend the time to write a negative review but the service recieved was unacceptable, this review is about the principle, people should know what kind of company they're hiring.

I recently hired Kirei to do a move out clean of our own apartment. The cleaning staff that came were polite and very thorough. If that were the entire story I would have left a much better review. However, late in the afternoon the day before our cleaning was scheduled, the manager texted and asked if he could move the appointment time by 3 hours, and insisted on having an answer in under an hour. Because either my wife or I had to leave our work to let the cleaning crew into our unit, we had to quickly rearrange one of our work days to accommodate. We decided to try and do this to make things easier for the cleaning crew. Then on the day of cleaning, my wife went to meet them at our apartment. At the time the crew was supposed to start cleaning, I received a brief text saying the crew would be late. No explanation was given. Not only were they not punctual for an appointment we went out of our way to accommodate, we were not even afforded some advanced warning of the time changing yet again. When I reached out to ask for an explanation the manager did not bother to respond. Meanwhile my wife was losing pay because she could not return to work. I followed up again days after for an explanation and there was no response. So in summary, the cleaning crew was thorough and pleasant, but I cannot recommend Kirei if punctuality or customer service are important to you, at least not from my experience.

Terrible Service !!!!!!!! We've used Kirei for a couple of years, and at the start they were great. They've since grown and the service has really suffered as a result. They are rarely on time anymore (either late or come 30-60 minutes early despite advising them many times we cannot accommodate them showing up super early). Most visits there is some issue...whether it's missed items, breaking something, etc. We often arrive home within the 2 hours we've paid for and find the cleaners already gone. The final straw was being overcharged with no advanced notice or agreement that they were increasing their rates by 20% and the cavalier attitude of their owner Julio in regards to this. Worse service for higher rates means we are finding a new company.

I gave 2 stars because they do provide a good clean result. However they chronically over-bill for time. We resumed service this week, their cleaners sat in their car for close to an hour in total, logging hours by GPS. When I offered to provide proof to the owner, Julio he ignored us for several emails. Eventually he responded with a slightly reduced bill (which was still in excess). He took no accountability or apology for the issue or the performance of his staff. We have used them in the past and quit their service for the same reason. Will never make this mistake again!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They did sush a terrible job on my move-out cleaning, they spent more than 3 hours on my small 2 bedroom apartment and they forgot to clean one of the washrooms, I had to actually point it out to them. The floors were still dirty and when I told them all they did was use their already dirty mop to push the dirt around to a different spot. There were so many places they didn't even try to clean. My landlord was furious with the results and told them to give me a partial refund, they contacted me to ask for my payment details to send me only $30 back but I have yet to receive any of it. The whole ordeal cost me $282.

They sent ONE person to clean my three bedroom, two bath 1,800sqft home. The individual that they sent however, was super nice. I actually felt sorry for her for being the only person to come. Had a really bad experience with this company. I hired them to do a move out cleaning and the cleaners left residue on the cabinets, walls and appliances. On top of this, the all blinds were uncleaned and other small areas of the apartment. Julio decided to do a free touch up and guess what? No one showed up. I couldn’t get a full or partial refund and the company stopped responding to me. To add insult to injury, you can see in iMessage that my texts were getting read so they are definitely ignoring me on purpose. Find another cleaning company and save yourself the headache and embarrassment.
