We've had Jan Pro for our office for a couple years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. We even recently had a change in the people who come and the service is still amazing. You'll never find any cords banged up by a vacuum or things being moved around or go missing. They also leave me notes when I'm running low on something I stock like paper towel. Funny story - used to work at a retail business. A salesperson from Jan-pro cold called us, and I picked up the phone. After a short friendly chat, he discovered that I wasn't someone who had the authority to agree to signing up for their services, and began shouting at me for 'wasting his time' and otherwise berating me in a sarcastic and hostile manner. I guess he figured I was a nobody and he was free to talk to me however he felt like. After this bizarre call, I contacted the owner of our local chain, to tell him what happened and ensure they'd never consider using this company. Very, very strange.

After many years of using another cleaning company we decided that our office was just not getting cleaned well. We had quotes from four different companies and even though Jan-Pro was not the cheapest (middle of the quotes) they provided us with a very detailed quote and we are not sorry that we agreed to have them clean our office. Our personal office cleaner goes above and beyond what we could have asked and the rest of the staff have been thorough and very easy to work with. They are quick to reply to any answers we have and quick to have someone come to our office when asked for a quote to do other jobs that are not under the regular contract. We highly recommend Jan-Pro if you want a clean office for your staff and a great first impression for your customers. We have been using Jan-Pro since July 2017 and after 18 months are still very pleased with the work that Geo (our franchise cleaner) has been doing. Quick replies to emails or text messages and he reads the binder provided by Jan-Pro with any concerns or things that need to be done for our office. "Still Happy After 18 Months" and have never said that before with other cleaners we have used. Keep up the good work :)
