I use Happy Bin for cleaning of my green waste and garbage bins once a month. They offer economical, friendly and prompt service. Using Happy Bin has greatly decreased the smell, flies and other pests I have had to deal with, especially during the heat of the summer when the bins are the most ripe. I would recommend this company as they are easy to do business with.

What I appreciated was that when they made a mistake - cleaning was missed one week due to errors on their part - they were ready to make it right. They didn't bill me for the missed service and made sure I was back in the schedule the following week. The service itself is great. A must have for the hot summer months.

When I realized Happy Bin Cleaning existed I was over the moon. This company has made my life much easier, I used to dread throwing garbage and food scraps in my own bins. Poor customer service. I left a voice mail to update credit card infomation and nobody called back. I emailed them multiple times, finally someone responded saying they are super busy but will help me shortly. I followed up numerous times and again no response.

Our bins were always stinky and not the most pleasant to deal with. Upon receiving Happy Bin’s cleaning our bins have not only been clean, they also smell nice!! We do the organic bin weekly, the garbage bin biweekly, and the recycling bin monthly. In my years of doing business with Happy Bin, they might have missed 2 bin cleans tops! Wow!! I signed up for cleaning service late Monday night online. My garbage collection day is Tuesday, I was not expecting them to come clean my bins this week, as I signed up late Monday night. I put my bins away after garbage was collected. My son's comes home later in the evening and the bins were down by the road. Happy bin took my bins from my house so they could clean the bins even tho I didn't leave them at the curb!!!! This companies service is amazing!!

Signed up for a monthly service for two bins..... they cleaned one bin and then never returned the following week. Have emailed a twice, and called multiple times but the "mailbox is full" Cancelled my monthly service, but paid for two bins to be cleaned. No Response.

Paid for two bins for cleaning but they missed picking up the bins twice. Last Tuesday and this Tuesday. They said SOMEHOW it’s missed twice with no explanation. Definitely no customer care after first time missed. Another person’s review said the same thing. They give a half refund and say they will pickup next week but they never come. Definitely not reliable and no care.
