Got them to do a move out clean - they did a great job. However, the appointment was for 10am and they only arrived at 11:30am. They did not contact me to tell me they were running late, I needed to call them twice. The last phone call was at 10:37am and they said the team would arrive in 20-30min but they arrived at 11:30. The manager was apologetic and offered the grant us a discount, but it didn’t make up for the disorganisation and unprofessionalism. Nothing wrong with the cleaning, cleaning was great and the cleaners were friendly and thorough. Poor customer service.

Hire anyone else. There are less expensive companies that do a better job. This company is extremely unprofessional. All the employees I have had clean my house are incredibly lazy and cut corners. I have used this company 4 or 5 times now. They have been minimum 30 mins - 1.5 hr late every time and the boss does not pick up the phone regularly. I booked a 3 hour move out cleaning service for my 600 sqft home and when the two ladies arrived, they told me they would need another hour. My house is kept relatively clean and there was no furniture in the house... when I came back after the 3 hour cleaning, the two ladies were gone and had left the garbage outside my front door in the pouring rain when the trash bin was right beside the door (only 3 ft away) this is completely unacceptable service. I went to inspect the rest of the cleaning and saw that the bathroom floor had not been vacuumed or mopped. This makes me think they did not do anything for 3 hours as the house does not look much cleaner than when I left them to do the cleaning. In the end, the boss offered me “points” on the house... like I’m sorry but I need a good cleaning service, NOT points. Moving is stressful enough as it is without having to worry about bad cleaners where you have to redo their work.

Booked a cleaning service for an empty 2 bedroom apartment at 9am with emphasis on cleaning the carpets which were the 2 bedrooms. When 9:15am came I phoned to check what was up no one was here. The person on the line, assuming the boss, told me that the cleaners were finishing up another service and would be heading over in 10-20mins. After 3 or so more calls finally the cleaners show up at 10:20am... Cleaning crew enters, they apologize and say their employer told them their appointment would be at 10:30am... I show them the apartment, they say it would be about 3 hours. At this point I had to leave them and come back in 3 hours. I come in and the floors are not clean at all, hardwood or carpet. With some miscommunication the cleaners told me to speak to their boss on their phone. He says that the carpet cleaners will come in 10mins. It seems so chaotic the cleaning crew had no idea or never mentioned till the 3 hours was up that they were not equipped to clean the floors. So had to wait again and watch at the buildings parking lot, the 2 crews handing off different cleaning equipment. The initial estimate was confusing and unclear. So make sure you understand that you are paying for the cleaning hours and then additional for the deep cleaning which seems to be a separate *job* Cleaning was decent but it was a very unprofessional organization and customer service, would not use again.

My cat has a parasite, and the vet recommended we hire a cleaning service to disinfect the house. We decided to have all the normal stuff done too. I was unimpressed with the level of cleaning which was quite incomplete; however, they handled it very well. I called, because I didn't want to pay full price, and they called me back within a few minutes. A 'reviewer' was sent to my house to see the job in person the same day. He was courteous and professional. I felt he understood my concerns. I was given 2 options: 1. I could have them come back to finish the job and receive a discount. 2. I could pay for just one hour, and leave a favorable review. I chose option 2 since in the end I am happy with the way they handled it, and the 4 stars feels appropriate now. Sometimes in business, employees mess up; this is exactly how I wish all businesses would respond to those issues. I was also offered a coupon for next time. I will likely try them again in the future if I am not expecting a deep clean.

I have been using FreshOne services now for a couple of years. Anytime I have moved, they have done my move out cleans and move in cleans. These move out and move in cleans have made it much easier for me to move because I no longer have to worry about cleaning the space after or before and it allows me to just focus on the move. I have them come to my home about once a month for a deep clean (3-4 hours) and I have never been disappointed. I do have a 3 year old dog in an apartment with no carpets so, as you can imagine her hair is everywhere all the time. I never have to worry or stress about them in my home. They are very trustworthy and that’s exactly why they have a key. They never fail to impress me and it is very crucial that they use dog-friendly cleaning products. I recommend FreshOne to anyone looking for an above average, professional, and beautiful smelling home or office.

We hired Fresh One Services twice, and we just tried to hire them again but we decided against it based on our past experience and our recent interactions with them. When we hired them in the past, we lived in a 2 bedroom (1 of which was used as an office), 2 bathroom (1 of which was not being used regularly), approx 740 sf condo. 1) First time we hired them was in December 2017. We had a great experience. The cleaners arrived late but they were efficient and did a great job. We hired them for 2 hours of cleaning, and even though we didn't ask them to clean our office or the 2nd bathroom, they did the master bedroom, ensuite, kitchen, and living areas really well. 2) Second time we hired them was December 2018 and it was just downright awful. Based on our previous experience hiring them, we felt like 2 hours should be sufficient to do a good basic cleaning. Well we decided to hire them for 3 hours (with 2 cleaners) because we wanted to do a deep clean, but everything went wrong. - The cleaners arrived 30 minutes late and tried to leave 30 minute early. My fiance stopped them from leaving and said they arrived late so they should stay until the time was up. - I provided a list of things I wanted done. I specified the kitchen, master bedroom, master ensuite, living areas, and I also wanted the windows and baseboards and doors wiped down. In the 3 hours, with 2 cleaners, they managed to only do the master ensuite and the master bedroom, and half of the kitchen. They missed an entire half of my kitchen and left it uncleaned. They also didn't do the windows, baseboards, or doors. I don't understand how they managed to do LESS in 3 hours than the people we hired for 2 hours were able to do the year before. - I commented about this to the owner and they said that they can give us a free 1 hour add-on to a future cleaning, and I accepted. 3) We moved earlier this year and I wanted to invite them back to clean our current place (not a move-in or move-out clean, but a regular cleaning), and I contacted them along with a few other companies. We're also looking to hire someone to do regular monthly cleaning because our new place is a little over double the size of our old place, but there's still only one kitchen so most companies quoted and said 3 hours would be enough to do the cleaning. I contacted Fresh One again and they told me 3 hours is definitely not enough (I would be paying for 2 hours and then getting 1 hour for free) and that I have to get 4 hours (I pay for 3 hrs and get 1 hr for free). I said I contacted four other companies and they all said they recommended 3 hours to clean our house, so how come Fresh One is recommending 4 hours. It seems like they don't even trust the ability of their cleaners. They said that they will try to do their best but can't guarantee that it'll be done on time. Based on this, we won't be going back to them.

Hired FreshOne for apartment move out cleaning and was quoted 3 hours plus an additional fee for fridge/oven cleaning. I was out of town for the clean so instructed them to call the landlord for entry. I received a call at 9 am from the cleaners to gain entry to the unit, so I asked them again to call the landlord for entry, and a phone call at 12:30 pm informing me they had finished. All fine. THEN I received my payment receipt on which had an additional 1.5 hour charge on it (which I never authorized!). I called the company, they said that the cleaners had requested to stay for extra time + a 3rd cleaner to clean faster and that the landlord had authorized this. I told him that the landlord was not the client, I was the credit card holder, and it should have been authorized by me but I never even got a phone call. My landlord denies authorizing the additional time/cleaner. I requested the company refund the full 1.5 hour charge refunded as I never authorized it, but was only offered a partial $30 refund + $15 gift card. I never received the refund or gift card and the company stopped responding to me. I would strongly recommend not using this company or, at the very least, not providing them with your credit card information before the cleaning as you will find unauthorized charges on your card!

The professionalism and hard work from the company is what has made me a return customer. I have recommended Fresh One cleaning services to my friends and family members. They have also had great experiences and no issues with the company. I highly recommend you give them a call and try out their services if you need a move in or move out clean, office or building, post-renovation, or even a carpet clean. Honestly, if it’s anything related to cleaning, Fresh One services will have a fair price and knowledgeable cleaners. Hired Fresh One cleaning for a regular 2 hour clean. The employees arrived on time. They brought everything they needed to do the job. After I returned to check up on the work that had been done I was glad to see that what I was paying for was visible. The smell of my house was so clean with a natural scent. Didn’t feel like chemicals were used which is huge for me. The clean was beyond what I expected honestly. It was nice to have a company that clearly shows they have a system set in place for their cleans. Rather than having what I often get which is overpriced cleaners who seem fairly new or not as trained. Highly, highly recommend this cleaning company for those looking for a professional service.

Very unprofessional. i had an appointment for 11:30am to carpet clean my 2 bed room condo that is empty. So i came a bit early to let them in but they didnt come. i called their office around 11:50 to see where they are at. they said there a lil behind they should be there soon but would give me a time frame. So i went ahead and asked roughly how long 30 to an hour? they said about 30min. ok, so i sat in my empty house waited playing on my phone. i looked at the time it was 12:41PM. i called them again. they dont pick up so i kept calling and calling they wre ignoring my calls it feels like. I called like 13 times finally they picked up. i said hey your guys are over an hour late . he said they should be there or should be there really soon still not really giving me a ETA. im like ok so should i sit here and wait he said yea. I sat here waited ANOTHER 40 min. By now its 1:30PM so i gave up i called different carpet cleaners. there goes 2 hours of my life i will never get back.

Used the service 3 times now. The cleaners do a wonderful job! However; today was not good. Had a different team show up an hour after their 10AM start. Company said the first team was held up with an accident on Broadway literally 5 blocks from my house. But when the other team finally arrived it was because the others were sick. Was really sloppily handled by the company. The man on the phone eventually offered an increase in accumulated points and a free deep clean on the oven and fridge. Would honestly love to give a 5 but, besides the actual cleaning being very nice, the overall experience was bad.

i would not recommend Fresh one services. i hired them to clean my basement suite (move out cleaning) .blinds and walls were never clean , all dust and grease was still on. Later that day owner came to wash carpets in same basement suite ,i showed him blinds and he agreed that cleaning was not done properly .so, he offered me 50% off on next service. Few months later i called for another service and owner just denied all conversation and did not honor his promised discount. i do not understand why he promised 50%discount if he can not honor it later. i was not able to reply owner's response so, i am writing here. owner came to my basement suite same day of cleaning to wash carpets and i showed him the dirt on blinds and he agreed that job is not done properly .it was all verbal complaint in person . i asked owner if you can give me discount in writing but at that time he reassured me that he have put it in their system and asked me to just mention my name and phone number next time in order to get discount. so if you are saying that you do not know about all this .it is a shame then. i do not have any written prof of compaint but i have proof of your service recipt . also if you do same with other clients then soon everybody will know about your fake discounts you offer to your unsatisfied clients . I would never recommend you to anybody.
