First Month and a half was Perfect. I got Good Cooperative Attitude, Good Backup and lots of Support. I was perfectly Happy with how things were going. Then I had to work with the Supervisor Anna and things went downhill from there. Even though I was keeping the Concierges Happy with my Work, I could not do anything that was acceptable to Anna to the point that I had to Resign. Instead of Cohesive Instructions, all I got from Anna was a steady stream of her favorite constantly repeated Metaphors: "It's in the Contract" "it can be done better" "I'm Not Happy!" "Don't be too chummy with the Clients" "Don't talk too much" "Keep your mouth shut" "Confidentiality between you and me" "I have worked for this company for 20 years"

Parkside Manor

Parkside Manor, a 130 unit condo in Burnaby has been under contract utilizing Five Star's Caretaking services since March 2016. The Caretakers provided by Five Star are not only well-liked by building residents, but their professionalism and attention to detail have served Parkside Manor well. The ability to engage Five Star alleviates the Council from the responsibility of being in an employee/employer position with Caretakers and the benefit is that Five Star ensures coverage. Communication with Five Star is always promptly responded to and handled efficiently.
