The service was great from start to finish. The ladies did a deep cleaning including carpets, the house was shiny clean after. Very happy with their services. The only thing is that they showed up a little past the agreed time due to some inconveniences. The wait was worth at the end though :)

The previous tenants did not do a very good job when moving out of this 3 level rental property. We needed a proper professional deep cleaning before moving in. We also needed this cleaned and sanitized urgently so I called ecoF in the morning, on a Sunday, and they came right away, within 2 hours! Did such an amazing job, very thorough and we're feeling more comfortable and it's move-in ready now! Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done and for our peace of mind. Thank you so much to the kind and patient ladies that cleaned to the higher standards. Customer service was also fast, friendly, courteous. Easy payment methods. Very efficient! So happy with the entire process overall!

2 cleaners came to my house, I explained what I would like cleaned. They cleaned those areas and did an OK job. I asked them mainly to take things off my shelves dust and replace the items. I did not tell them to put things in the exact same spot they were before, so perhaps that's on me, but I figured that would be a given. That was a minor annoyance, why I rated them as 1 is as follows. 1.) They broke my light fixture in the bathroom, something I never asked them to clean. I think its great they tried to go above and beyond but they broke the light fixture and never said anything about it. I texted the person who scheduled the cleaners with me multiple times, they kept saying they would address it. Here is EXACTLY what was exchanged: Monday September 13th 2021, I wrote: Hello Cleaners have arrived. Just wanted to let you know. I've gone over what they should do. Will send you an update when they leave. I will pay with e-transfer. 2 hours later.... I wrote: They are done and money was sent, I then supplied a screen shot of the e-transfer. They were cleaning while I was working, after they were done I did a quick walk through with them but had to get back to work. After work was over I did a deeper investigation on the work they had done. I wrote them the same day: Hello. I did an inspection after they cleaners left and I noticed one of our lights in the bathroom is broke. (Sent them a picture of it) EcoF cleaners replied the same day: Yes I will talk to my cleanres and get back to you. Thanks I replied: Thanks No reply so I followed up on Friday September 17th: Hello. We're you able to talk to your cleaners about the broken light fixture? NO reply from Eco F cleaners Followed up again on Tuesday September 21st: Good Morning. Please get back regarding the cleaners breaking my light fixture. Eco F cleaners replied the same day: Good Morning I will be calling you tomorrow as other cleaners is coming tomorrow who worked at your place. Thanks for your patience. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!!! I followed up again on October 2nd 2021: Hello, I have been patiently awaiting your response. Please get back to me. I followed up again on October 4th: Good Morning. This is my final attempt to get a reply from you regarding the damage your cleaners made while cleaning my house. If I do not have a proper course of action at the end of today I'll be leaving a very negative review on your website. They got back to me the same day and said: Good Morning We are working on it. I followed up again on October 6th: Good Morning what are you working on? It's been 3 weeks, I don't understand what is taking so long. No reply from them. At this point Its October 11th and I am leaving this review to save other people the hassle of dealing with a business who doesn't care about its customers. 2.) They were bumping into my walls & doors while bringing their cleaning supplies in and out of my house. I really was at a loss for why there were doing that. Did they simply not care? Or was it just they way they do business. Bottom line, if you value the possessions in your house, do yourself a favor and look else where. They will take your money and never try to fix their mistakes. Shame on your Eco F cleaners, not very professional at all.

Had 2 cleaners come in lots of chatter and wasted time . One of the cleaners burnt a plastic bowl on the stove set the fire alarm off and then blamed me for leaving it on the stove . Overall one did an ok job the other came along to keep the conversation going. Some language barrier was not able to communicate with the cleaners efficiently.

I get that things happen but you should tell your customers that you can't guarantee your cleaners will be on time. 10-15 mins late is fine but they pushed me schedule back from 1230/1 pm to 330 pm... 2 hours later, and assumed I'd be available the whole day. Which is super annoying by the way. I told the supervisor I'd need to reschedule as I needed to be somewhere by 4 and I had potential Tenants coming to view the place they were suppose to clean at 5. He insisted on accommodating me but obviously it was NOT accommodating at all otherwise I would not be writing this review. The supervisor tried to accommodate me by telling me they'd be available to come a bit earlier than 3. They did not come before 3. Nor did they call or text to tell me they would be late. This is unacceptable customer service. If you book with these people make sure you set aside a whole day to wait around for them.

Awful awful service terrible company inexperienced cleaners- My wife hired this company for a move out cleaning. A representative from the company came and viewed the house, provided us a quote ($350 plus tax) which we paid the same day. This was the worst experience with a cleaning company. :(( We have to hire another company to do the job again . Stay away from this company.

We had tenants that left our place in rough shape and we needed someone ASAP as we were having new tenants move in the evening. I called the morning of and they had someone out to my place within a couple of hours. I let them know that I needed the place in two hours as my tenants were coming in. After two hours, I couldn’t believe how much they had gotten done in two hours. I could not find anything wrong with it. My appliances were completely clean, even the inside of the cabinets and drawers were cleaned. Extremely professional, prompt, and committed to doing great work. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend for anyone looking for cleaning services. Definitely worth the $$ and extremely reasonable for the kind of work they do.

I asked ECOF Cleaners for a deep clean after my tenants moved out. The only things my tenants cleaned were the kitchen and bathroom, I'd have been ok with the job they did if the rest of the place wasn't filthy. ECOF came quickly and had 2 people there for 5 hours. The pictures tell the story. Things were obviously wiped, I can only guess with dirty water. Filthy door frames. Parts of windows cleaned, but not the entire window. They said they were done at 7:30 on Friday night and I didn't check out the work very well since I was having dinner, and they were there for 5 hours! I called the boss the next day, sent pictures, texted.... his reply was "you said it was ok when they left." Even if I told them it wasn't good, enough I'm not about to continue paying them to redo stuff they should have done right the first time.
