I used Deep's about a week ago for the first time for a "move out clean" and I was absolutely blown away with the quality of service I got from Hardeep and her cleaners. I hired Deep's Sunshine Cleaning to do a deep clean of my studio apartment before having tenants come in while I was away for a month-long trip. My tenants left the place spotless, do doubt because of the way they found it! Hardeep's employee was thorough, friendly and efficient. This might need to be a monthly service for me!

Hardeep and her team are friendly and a joy to communicate with. However, I did not find the cleaning to be thorough and in my case had to re-clean a number of places including kitchen cabinets, windows, blinds and much more. I did expect more from a 3 hour 2-person cleaning of an empty apartment. Hardeep was nice and listened to my concerns for future improvements and even extended discount on future service.. I don't think I would be using this service again though. Very nice people though and communication was great.

He was so pleased that he's scheduled them to come on an ongoing basis. Thanks for making me look like an awesome daughter. Updated - I finally got around to having DSC clean my own home. It was like heaven to come home to our clean house. After a summer of road trips and two young boys running in and out of backyard and bikes and Popsicles and more our house was a big job. Despite that even the small details were caught. Sooo happy tonight.

There is something extremely uplifting about having a perfectly clean apartment. I am hard to please because I have a strong eye for detail. When I came home and my apartment was spotless, I was a very happy woman. DSC were punctual, efficient and excellent at their job. Before they came I thought to myself, "hmm... I wonder if that cupboard will be cleaned." In my mind a cheeky little test. Of course it was! Now, I know they go the extra mile. The company I work for hired the sister company for our offices, and I ended up booking them to clean my home when I found out that DSC does house cleaning. The staff was professional, friendly and my house has never looked better! The owner even gave me some great cleaning tips to help keep my house in between cleaning sessions maintained. They're also pet friendly which is a huge plus! Can't wait til next week to get my house clean again!

Lets see - They have been behind schedule and swapped days in the past- okay no big deal- you give notice. Then on days staff is to show up and clean- hours behind schedule- then no shows. No response from owners repeatedly have tried calling/texting/emailing. then cleaners show up at unscheduled days- and do not have keys. Again- been trying to contact the owner for weeks and no response. Not even a sorry that staff hasn't showed up or that they have lost our keys. Just quit with no notice and can't be bothered to call- text- email anything. Unprofessional- would not recommend to anyone. If I could go negative 5 stars I would.
