I called “Mac” to discuss starting services in my home in Surrey. I requested three to four day a week of cleaning for our home. He initially quoted me a price of $40/hour, then dropped the price to $30/hour “because we are asking for regular service“. He then suddenly backtracked and says “actually we cant provide the good quality service you want” and hung up on me. This is not the way you treat clients. I have 650 employees of my own and I would NEVER treat someone with such disrespect by hanging up on them. Stay away from these very unprofessional and disrespectful folks. Cancel coronation cleaners!
