Sir/Madam: I would like the supervisor and/or manager for the janitorial services at New Water to recognise on my behalf the excellent service your two employees, Karuss and the janitor, I do not know his name provided us . I found these two gentlemen very professional and very respectful. The new caretaker has already made some difference. I spoke to him a few times and frankly speaking, I like him. One of the noticeable change is cleaning up our notice board in the mailroom. It was a total mess with over a year old notice on it.

Our building hired this company to do the cleaning and caretaker for New Water buildings two months ago. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and even if we mention to the company there is no improvement. Staff are not trained, they leave the building for breaks longer than they should and are seen enjoying lunch on the patio across the street from our building. They gave a very promising list of duties that would be handled by their staff but no follow through. Never have this company as your cleaner and caretaker very unreliable, they just don't care and they do not properly monitor there employees! It's very stressful for residence.

our company has used them and will never use them again they arrived with lots of promises how the floor will look after they are done . Well when I saw the floor in laundry room I was shocked. 1/4 of the floor they just put wax on dirty floor when I complained they had me wait 1-2 weeks and when they arrived they told me that they would have to come back some other time, they have also lied to my boss that I yelled at them which was a total lie my experience was certainly a bad one If you want a job well done this is not a company to call

This company is hit or miss. We had a good building manager to start but he decided to retire. We were provided with replacement applicants with no experience. We had no choice but to go with an unqualified. Cleantech promised training. If CleanTech had actually trained him, then I would be even more disappointed. I would be happier if they didn't actually train him so his lack of effort can be justified. Think twice before using them.

These r very professional people I own a bussiness Azuwish cleaning Ltd I applied for a contract They r very straight forward They didn't have any contract available for me and the one they offered me was little far so they were very respectful And hopefully they will give me contract soon ????
