CWL handled a mistake well. It was our moving out day and a booking mistake meant CWL didn't show up for the cleaning appointment. We had to hand over the keys at possession time later in the day so were scrambling trying to get in touch with them. Not only had the booking not been made properly but their phones were not working well. We finally got through and the CWL team took full responsibility for the problems and were determined to make the best of a bad situation. Mo was the first on site and called in a team on very short notice to work as quickly as possible to get the place ready for the new owner. The staff were very apologetic and were clearly motivated to make things right. We were offered a refund plus a couple of hours of free cleaning at our new home in compensation. Thank you CWL, mistakes happen and it is how you handle them that counts.

We use their move in cleaning service and very disappointed. The three girl was very nice and polite and on time. However the cleaning is unprofessional and seems like they don't use the right cleaning product. It looks clean roughly, but if look closely, there is cleaning mark left behind windows and stainless appliance. They didn't know how to clean stainless and not able to clean up the small paint we left behind at the same and no time to clean it ourself. They said they will clean everything, oven , hoodfan, wall base, wall,... etc. Later on we find the hoodfan is still oily, we need to clean the kitchen sink ourself and we are able to take the paint off with our nails, some bathroom wall still have stain and we were able to remove it with a little bit of cleaning product and a wet cloth. The full cleaning cost 458.58$ and I totally regret it. Is better if I take a day off and clean it myself. I am not a cleaning professional, but at least I will google and research how to remove oil stain on backsplash and how to clean hoodfan. It was not money we want to spend for 2.5 hours and we still have to clean it ourself.

Polite friendly gals--felt the company is more about bottom line than cleaning with love. 180 bucks for 4 girls for just over an hour following their checklist--place looks alot cleaner--but for 180 I kind of expected a bit more.

Absolute SCAM. THEIR "CHECKLIST" WILL TAKE 5 HOURS TO COMPLETE. I hired this service as a safety net to prove that I cleaned my apartment before moving out. THANK GOD I cleaned the apartment myself top to bottom before they did because when I gave their small list of 1.5 bathrooms and to mop floors (skipping all carpets) - they had 3 people for over an hour and DID NOT COMPLETE. The floors were not mopped with soap. They just used water. They finished ONE bathroom. When I emailed with photos of the results, I was approached with the most rude and unprofessional response. The employees are also university students or new residents. ** DO NOT PAY FOR THIS AWFUL SERVICE - you will not get what you're looking for **

While the people I met were friendly and polite, they showed up late both times and my home did not feel as clean as when Aspen Clean has cleaned it (the floor was still dusty, my kitchen table had smudges on it, etc). Also, a glass tray in my bathroom was broken. It is a cheap, replaceable tray and accidents happen but nobody even bothered to mention it. There are loving touches like my daughter’s toys layed nicely or fresh towels hung once, but if you are particulair, you’ll have to look elsewhere (and pay more).

I had a very poor experience with a move-out clean with this company. With a move, timing is crucial, of course. One issue was that I was told when I was making my decision on which company to go with that I'd be first appointment at 9am and that unlike other cleaning companies they are never late. I should have gotten the promises used to sell me on this company in writing, as when they did not arrive at 9 -- and told me it would be sometime before 3 -- it was described as a miscommunication. To their credit they arranged to have cleaners come within an hour of my phone call after I expressed my displeasure. The cleaners were very nice, and communicated well with me, but the clean after 4 hours was not adequate - and they had given a longer time estimate, so they should not have run out of time to finish. I took pictures of the white chalky residue left all over the laminate floors, streaks on windows and mirrors, and handprints on the walls, indicating inadequate supplies or abilites. I know that the company would have returned to clean further if I had complained but again ... a move out clean doesn't allow the luxury of that kind of time so I had to quickly clean up after the cleaners before the new owners moved in. I would love to find a good regular cleaner but unfortunately I would never use this company again. They were also more expensive than some of the other companies I was considering, but from the sales job I thought I would be getting a superior service as well.

The first two cleanings were excellent, the second two were incomplete and careless. I'm of the belief that if something looks like it needs cleaning or dusting, then you do it whether or not it appears on a 'check-list'. A table is a table and it gets used. Everyone uses a refrigerator, so clean it. This company (or particular employees) missed so many things (hair around bathroom sink, crumbs and debris on table and chairs etc) that I had to spend 2 hours cleaning before my next Airbnb guests arrived (sort of defeats the purpose of a cleaning staff). Unacceptable, especially during COVID. I'm so disappointed but mainly confused. I just don't get how you miss such obvious areas when your business is cleaning? Cleaning With Love might want to take a really close look at who they're hiring so they can better control quality of service.

Pros: Arrived on time, friendly. Cons: I'm quite unimpressed. I just paid 300 for a move-out clean for 465 sqft. Half the walls and baseboards were recently painted, floors were refinished, and there was no stove. They booked 3 hours however only spent an hour cleaning before calling to say they were done. When I returned they were sat on the floor. They did alright with the obvious areas like removing smudges from the stainless fridge, much of the grime from the shower, inside the cupboards. They did not wipe the walls at all even though I had already done the hard work of removing all the scuffs. They did not want to wipe the roller blind - they said they did after all but there was no visible difference to me. I pointed out a bunch of gunk all over the kitchen counters that I easily removed with my thumbnail in front of them - which was met with a blank look. Soooo.. I don't know if the employees just feel underpaid or what the disconnect is here.

He even used a Cherri dioderize rot mask the smell. After he was done my carpets was fresh and clean. Great company. Great staff .

After helping a friend to move into her Downtown Vancouver condo, we both thought that the carpets could use a good cleaning and why not get some of her upholstery cleaned at the same time. A friend of mine recommended Cleaning With Love and since I was completely clueless when it comes to carpet cleaning my friend whom just moved in decided to give them a shot. While they do have a "Book Online" section to their website, she decided it would simply be quicker to pick up the phone and call. She told me that the lady who picked up the phone was polite and knowledgable as to what our cleaning needs were. I wasn't there for the cleaning yet after visiting her a few days after the carpets looked noticeably cleaner along with a fresh smell to the air. Her few pieces of furniture looked like new too.

We requested and paid for the extras like baseboards, blinds, windows, fridge, and balconies. A crew of 4 came and finished in around 2 hours- that was perhaps too fast! After they left I found the only 2 blinds we have were not cleaned. However, the girl that did the kitchen and fridge was thorough. She later sat down on the floor to tackle the sliding door track from the dining room to the front balcony. She seemed to be the only one that really took the time to do a thorough job though. With tHe rest, I had to continue to clean to get the job done. For example, I noticed only the table tops, chair cushion tops etc were wiped, so I had to clean the ‘other surfaces’ like sides and legs of the furniture of each room. Overall, except for the kitchen, for the $443 we paid, the job was more superficial than thorough and transformational.

Cleaning With Love did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They pre-treated the stains and much of the carpeting before cleaning the carpets with their powerful machines. For some areas they used a rotary head steam cleaner that removed dirt deep down and revitalized the carpet fibers. They put in some special attention to very old stains that had been on the carpets from before the previous cleaning. I'm so thrilled they got those old stains out and the carpets look so much better now, almost like new. Cleaning With Love did a very thorough cleaning job and also finished in far less time than I expected. I highly recommend Cleaning With Love!

I was disappointed with the cleaning this morning. I thought it would be a professional cleaning service from the review I've read from here in google. Now that I think of, the reviews probably was written from the team of Cleaning With Love or maybe their friends to make people, like me who based on the good reviews, to mislead customers thought they are providing a good cleaning service. They were just doing ok job, not a professional cleaning service company. They sent 3 young people, in their early 20's (looks like college students) that I don't see they have well trained on cleaning job. For the amount of money I've paid, I'm expecting a little more or I rather do it myself. No, I definitely won't recommend their service to anyone.

I had trouble finding a company that had people available, who were willing to come for a one time cleaning, and who wouldn’t charge me a ridiculous amount of money. I had just finished telling another company that they needed new “options” because their options don’t work. So anyways I called this company because of the cute name and honestly it changes my life to have help with this. I struggle with organization but I want to have a clean space for my family. These guys were so nice, on time, super fast (1.5hrs) and did a really great job. I didn’t have any concerns or hesitations about letting their team in or about Covid protocols, etc. I would seriously recommend Cleaning with Love because I usually always have a critique but not this time. :)

Our warehouse facility has contracted them since 2018 with daily janitorial needs. We have high traffic areas and are happy they also keep touchpoints super sanitized without interrupting our operations which must continue during covid, so our staff are happier to work. The revolving staff they send us are organized and have good hospitality. Office team is quite responsive when fires arise. Recently their masks are a nice touch!

Cleaning with Love cleaned our large home for the first time in August for listing it then in November when we moved out. I don't know what I would have done without them. They did an amazing job which helped to relieve stress during this very stressful time. Also the scheduling staff was very accommodating with my late request for the move-out cleaning date. They pay their staff well below industy standard and dont give them breaks. Expected to eat lunch in the van between jobs. Also they park their fleet of commercial vehicles illegally in a residential area taking up valuable space for residents to park. They are too cheap to rent proper commercial space for their vehicles. I highly doubt the owner has ever lifted a rag to clean anything.

I just had Cleaning with Love complete a redo. The redo team which included Victoria, Pablo and Rosa were kind and excellent and i hope Cleaning with love will give them their tip for me filling out this review survey. However, as a whole i would never use nor recommend this cleaning company to anyone. I have a 770sq foot apartment and paid over $350 for a full inital cleaning done in October including windows and inside and outside of the cabinets and base boards. Their so called organic products are probably some of the worst on the market.there are much better organic products available. And the inital first team was feeling rushed to get to the next job so they did a mediocore job with my place and i showed them everywhere that there was still dirt left on the floors, windows, base boards etc. They will not give you a refund so be prepared but will offer a redo. Which means you have to wait and lose time again for another visit. And at least this time i asked them to use my own products and my own steamer to clean the floors. Left to their own methods it would not have been good again. The only reason i chose them was based on the positive reviews but unfortunately the reviews didnt meet up Expectations. So keep this in mind and if you have your own products, and prefer them then just let them know. Lesson learned and will not use again this company ever again.

We hired Cleaning with Love after having new floors installed and before the new furniture arrived the following day. Although they do not normally work past 5 pm, they were able to accommodate us this once since we were very short on time & had to arrange for our high maintenance dog to be looked after while they cleaned. Monika and her team did a fantastic job and were so friendly and sweet! We were very happy with everything & will most certainly hire them again.

Subsequent appointments included email reminders and a call 15-20 minutes before arrival. Invoices are sent promptly and are accurate. A team of three came to work on our 2BR duplex over several hours, and the results were well beyond my expectations. these people were terrible. firstly no one answers their phone. secondly trying to schedule a time via internet was a task in itself. lastly, they just wiped the counters and didn't clean. they couldn't wait to get out of the place. we had to stand over them to ensure they properly cleaned the floors. the suite wasn't even that large, in fact just one room. have to agree with a previous post, total waste of $200.

Couldn't be worse than this. I've asked this company to clean my 530 sqft apartment for move-out. They charged me $264 + GST. I asked for move-out service and I expected a reasonably clean apartment. The arrival time was 1-4 pm. At 4:00 pm, a team of 4 cleaners came and finished the job in 50 min. They gave me a quick tour and I noticed dust at the corners of the bedroom and living room. They cleaned that for me quickly. They refused to clean inside the kitchen cabinets. Also, despite I specifically asked for cleaning of oven top, they couldn't clean it well and told me that was the best they could do. After they left, I also noticed they didn't clean the area beneath the fridge and oven. Also, they didn't clean the floor well. Long story short, I had to spend another hour myself to clean cabinets and kitchen floor before arrival of my landlord for move-out inspection. Finally, my landlord was disappointed with the quality of cleaning. She also spent another hour to complete the cleaners' work. She could easily clean the oven top with vinegar spray and razor blade and sent me a photo. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely bad. They didn't know what they were doing. They just did a simple vaccum and failed to do the move-out service. Thanks to them, I am going to lose part of my deposit.

These people are NOT reliable or trustworthy! They canceled my service at 5:30 on a Friday after they had already charged me and provided a work order. I explained that I had a funeral on Monday and was not able to reschedule someone for the move-in taking place. They simply said it wasn’t “a good fit” and refused to do anything.
