I have a rental home which was in extremely poor shape. Tenants were there for about 20 years. The smell was absolutely like nothing I have ever experienced. Walls were black, urine and droppings from 2 cats all over carpet and floors, kitchen had oil all over ceiling and walls from cooking, mold on floors, and windows/blinds were filthy. Cleaning4u came in with their crew and after a few days the house was so much better. The smells were gone, and the house looked great. River (call center agent) is professional, experienced and did a great job keeping me updated, returning my calls/texts and delivering on what he promised. He made the entire experience/process painless! His staff was on time, friendly and professional. I would use this company again with no hesitation. I have high expectations and there is not one thing I can complain about. Thank you CLEANING4U for your help.

I found Cleaning4U online with no previous knowledge of the business. I liked that they are locally owned and in my neighborhood (Vancouver's West End). I wanted to give my parents a clean apartment as an anniversary gift, and Sean (the owner) was very helpful and responsive, getting me a quote quickly and setting up an appointment time while keeping the surprise from my parents. The cleaners did an incredible job! They were timely and highly efficient and when I checked my parents apartment after they were finished, it practically sparkled. When we moved in needed a really good cleaning from top to bottom. 3 bdrm, 2 bath and a huge family room and was quoted a great price. 3 cleaners came to do the work and found it would take longer than they expected, they stayed late to get the job done and still honored the quoted price. Arrived half an hour late. Very poor quality and they were literally unable to properly clean my cabinets, window sills, shutters, or kitchen. Had to show them dirt and grime on surfaces they’d already “cleaned” numerous times. Manager was nice but employees had careless attitudes. Don’t use them!

Today was my first time using Cleaning4U Company’s services. Right from scheduling the service with Dee, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which was very cool. RED TEAM ( 3 girls ) did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. The whole house smells so fresh. I would definitely be using their services again.

You couldn't find spot that wasn't meticulously cleaned, their work is unmatchably thorough and for a way better rate than any of the more well-known cleaners. I had to get it cleaned again after they finished. It was like they just cleaned the place with water only and vacuumed, then called it a day. If I wanted to just quickly wipe the place down then I would have done it myself. Shortly after posting this review the owner wrote a reply here saying I used a fake name but also sent me a text message giving me a lecture and telling me off but it was a nice touch adding “Anyways good luck and more blessings” at the end lol. Just be warned you’ll only get a basic clean with this mob, with crumbs still in the fridge and hair on the shelves.

I was really disappointed with my cleaning from Cleaning4u and wasted $600 on a deep clean. I had called to book a clean as my husband and I had purchased a home and it was left in a poor state from the sellers. I had made this clear when I booked the appointment and was told I could extend my booking if the scheduled time wasn't enough. When the time finished the floors looked like they hadn't been touched at all. I asked if they could stay and was told they were running late for their next appointment, despite being told previously I could extend. They said they would then stay for a few minutes and I asked if they could reclean the mudroom and some areas on the floor. I was charged an extra 40 minutes despite the cleaners standing in my entryway for 20 minutes waiting to hear from their boss if they could stay. I spent the entire day on Saturday recleaning most of the house (including the mudroom they had "cleaned" twice), even though I had just spent upwards of $600 for a deep cleaning service. I called to discuss my concerns and was offered a 5% discount. Then the invoice came and it was incorrect stating I owed $150 more than I did. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received when they were addressing my concerns. I was told that the home was "challenging" and they would have been able to clean thoroughly with more time despite me being upfront about the home needing a thorough cleaning from the start. Some things that were missed included: obvious dusting, floors, under the baseboard heaters (as I specifically requested). Adding a star because the cleaning staff were nice and they did a good job in the bathroom. I wasted $600 on this service and would not book again.

Ordered cleaning for 8:30 AM but last minute, realized I had to have the cleaning done by 9:30 AM. The team was very responsive in changing the cleaning time to 8:00 AM and giving me an extra cleaner so that the cleaning would be done on time. They arrived promptly at 7:58 AM with their own cleaning supplies, were very respectful of my space, and the house was sparkling clean after they left! I was very, very happy. Would recommend.

Initially they had advised they were coming later and I was hoping that would give them enough time and me enough time, however when they did come I believe there were five of them :-) and we pointed out the work we wanted done at my boyfriends place, yes a true guys pad. However when it was done I don’t think the place has ever been that clean! The bathroom and kitchen is what we had focussed on for his place, and it is amazing! Even my boyfriend texted me when he first saw it and said “ it’s like wow!” that was all he could say and I know the place was very well cleaned they had moved stuff because he had to pop in and grab some keys and go back out again… And they had moved all the items they needed to move and even did the Big sliding glass balcony Window that I didn’t know could get that clean! And it was nice as a fellow proudly pointed it out and I think he saw I was actually surprised by how clean it was :-) they did an amazing job and now I am going to make sure my boyfriend has them come back on a monthly basis! We book a "move in/out" cleaning service on Saturday 23rd of Oct. I was super busy and couldn't send a feedback till now. We asked to come and clean our place before our furniture arrived. They came and asked us to leave our place during their job. After finishing, we came back and noticed that our Oven's door is broken, they didn't pull out the fridge and clean it's underneath, they didn't clean inside of the all cabinets (I told them at the beginning) and they didn't clean window frames. It's the one they sent us as a brief explanation of their service but they didn't do all them: Brief idea of what we do - -Clean exterior and inside for all kitchen appliances ( Extra $30.00 ) - Clean all exterior and interior kitchen cabinets/ drawers and shelves as well as kitchen countertops and backsplash etc - Pull out the fridge and vacuum all the debris trapped underneath the ground - Remove all the lint from the lint traps inside the dryer and wipe the exterior of the washer and dryer. - Bathroom area: toilets, counter top sink, mirror, vanity cabinets (exterior&interior) and bathtubs must be cleaned and disinfected - Wipe down as many marks on walls as possible - Wipe any dust collected on the floor baseboards - All flooring inside the suite mopped and vacuumed after the unit is emptied (especially around kitchen and bathroom floor corners) - Interior windows/window frames to be cleaned and all window blinds inside the unit to be wipe clean. - Patio floor: sweep and mop ( no scrubbing with water) We are using a bactericidal/virusidal to clean and disinfect. We supply all the equipment and supplies

It's been a year since I had a complete deep clean so they had to extend my time which I paid an extra $$ for. The ladies were extremely hard workers which I appreciate. I'm getting this deep clean so I can start getting a weekly or bi-weekly service and I think they did a fantastic job. Their supervisor came in to assess their work and even helped to try to get the stains off of my shower floor. Quick to respond before the service date although kept asking to change the day/time, which was a bit annoying. The cleaning service was just okay at best and my bathroom floors were cleary not cleaned! I mentioned that in the post cleaning survey but the only response I got was my invoice. I'm more than happy to pay for quality service but the fees charged certainly did not reflect the quality of the cleaning! Overall, I am disappointed and will not be using them again.

I’m a resident of a plus 55 bldg and this cleaning company is under contract to clean our bldgs on a daily basis. Manoj is our full time cleaning man. I’ve never met a more sincere caring young man who takes such pride in his work. During this time of Covid, he disinfects constantly and goes the extra mile to keep us all safe! In my career I’ve hired and dealt with many cleaning companies but never one who takes such pride in their work and their employees! The team was booked for a deep clean/move out clean and boy did they deliver! They arrived right on time and brought all their own supplies. Tenants left a huge mess which did not seem to phase them AT ALL. They immediately got to work and for a 2 br 2 bath it only took them 2.5 hours to get it done. Everything was sparkling clean when they finished. Appliances were cleaned inside and out. They looked brand new! They cleaned the walls, cabinets and even the blinds. The company had good email and text communication for scheduling. There was a slight misunderstanding with the time frame; the cleaners thought an hour earlier than the company had confirmed with me that morning prior. They accommodated a change in schedule with two weeks notice. Showed up on time and were kind and respectful, as well as patient with the complication of the movers having been late and interfering with their cleaning. They still accomplished a lot despite the challenge and the kitchen and bathroom were immaculate. Price was good/slightly better compared to other equally well reputed services in the area.

They were on time, and did a great job. We were able to walk them through the house before they started to tell them the specific issues of each area, which was very nice. After they were finished we were able to walk through and make sure everything was perfect, and any places that needed extra cleaning they made sure to clean it again. All the maids were great, and the lead maid (Itzel is her name I believe) was excellent. They even cleaned up and organized some areas that we didn’t even ask to have done. Will use them again for sure.

My husband and I have never had this service before and we were trilled with the results! A pre Passover deep clean. They did a before and after walkthrough. They followed covid protocol with masks. Today was my first time using Cleaning4U Company’s services. Right from scheduling the service with River, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which was very cool. Yellow team did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. The whole house smells so fresh. I would definitely be using their services again.

We have a one bedroom apartment and we booked for move-out cleaning services. The overall experience is quite disappointing! ! Friends came to look after and he asked us if we cleaned the place ourselves or did we actually hired a professional cleaners… that tells you the level of cleanliness. Cleanliness: The place appears cleaned. But when we look carefully, spider webs/ dust on the ceiling not cleaned/ touched at all, bits and scraps at some corners or under heater not cleaned, dusty blinds, dust around ceiling fan exhaust not cleaned. Communication: Email communication prior to the service was good. The owner/ manager is easy to communicate with. However, on the cleaning day, communication with the 3 cleaners was not easy. It appears there’s mis-communication within their team as they kept saying they are told not supposed to clean the windows blinds as those are fragile, whereas I was written with confirmation that blinds cleaning are included. Punctuality: CLEANERS WERE LATE FOR 17 MINUTES!! That was a big no-no to me. I had an 8am cleaning appointment because they said 8am was the only time left. I arrived the empty apartment the night before and slept on floor just so to make sure I’m there 8am sharp when cleaners come. 8:05 am they were not here. I phoned the company and the person saying he will contact that cleaning team as they should have be there. 8:17 am three young cleaners arrived, with no explanation upfront about why they’re late. I was curious so I asked. One person said, it’s mis- communication by the boss that they are told it’s 8am arrive at the cleaning company so they were sitting there waiting. And they didn’t know it should have be 8am arriving at client’s place. (This Does not make sense to me!! Oh, and they showed up with a broken vacuum…! And they had first telling they can’t vacuum as all my electrical outlets were not working. I literally was just charging my phone the night before so I was like, what the hell..? I took out the cord and show them phone is charging so the outlets have power. It’s their vacuum having issue. After explaining the issue/ mistake experienced, the owner/manager was kind and decent to deduct 15min cleaning bill time, in which I believe he/ she understood the mistakes and recognize the inconvenience. So that give them another star.

The experience with this company has been a challenge. The crew that came did a good job however they did not come prepared. They required a lot of instruction and on going instruction. They only did things at a general level and not a deep clean as agreed upon. I have to continually give direction on basic cleaning. The icing on the cake was dealing with Sean the owner or scheduler or supervisor ... not sure. We had to reschedule the cleaning and were told that we would be charged 250.00 or half of the cleaning fee. I thought this was outrageous especially because I called in good time to change the date of the cleaning. I can understand if I wasn’t then going to have the service but I just wanted to reschedule. After a debate Sean agreed to change the date. Sean is very argumentative and rude. I let Sean know about the lack of preparedness of his crew at which point he literally called me a liar. One of the issues were that they did not come with a ladder to reach the tall windows. I had to give them my step ladder to reach. Sean said they did have their own ladders but since I offers mine they didn’t use theirs. That does not make sense. For a professional cleaning company to use my house hold step ladder and not use their own professional safe ladder if they had it. If you use this company be prepared for babysitting the cleaners and arguing with the supervisor. I will not use them again. 3 cleaners for 4 hours and two bathrooms were not done in a two bedroom condo. Almost 500.00.... beware.

Surprised I had such a bad experience with this company since there are 62 people that all gave them 5 star reviews... I had wrote in for a quote for our 7,600 sq ft house and they responded with “To fulfill your requirements it will take 3 cleaners, 2 hours, giving a total cost of $210.00”.. i was confused because 7,600sq feet should take 4-6 hours but he said he was bringing three people so I didn’t say anything. I left the house after walking them through it, and my nanny was there. She texted me shortly after that they weren’t certain where they should clean even though I had already walked them through already.. then at 3pm they just left .. without letting me know they were done and I was on my way home to check the house. My master bedroom and bathroom weren’t done, kitchen wasn’t wiped down, floors weren’t done.. the places they did “clean” I really wasn’t impressed. So when they asked for feedback I told them how poorly of a job it was and they said they will need more time next time because it was 7,600 sq ft .. so basically they came in for just their two hour window and did as much as they could ?? Then they ask for payment and end up charging me $220 ?? Their solution was “we can send a crew back Monday” .. the party we were hosting was that night. Def won’t be using again and definitely not referring.

I am so incredibly pleased with this company and service! I was in a unique situation where I needed to show my home to multiple people in a 2 hour time frame since we are needing to sell. I wasn't aware of this until the day of. I have a 10 week old infant and a 2 year old toddler. I was super nervous about all these people walking through our home during covid and flu season and thinking about all the surfaces I'm going to have to sanitize after they all leave. I called Cleaning4U noon to see if they could have someone come and sanitize the home at 5:30. First, let me say that booking the appointment was fast and easy. On the day of the appointment, the call center agent told me that the cleaning team could come an hour earlier, so that was a nice bonus. When the team go there, the lead took a quick walk-through and determined that the 3-hour estimate was not enough. She called the supervisor, and supervisor asked me if an additional hour was acceptable. It was. It was great that they checked with me for advance approval, instead of getting 2/3 the way through and then asking. That's a good business practice. I appreciated it. The cleaners did a fantastic job. They cleaned a lot of places I never thought of and did not expect them to clean. (above doorway moldings, the outsides of windows, the tracks for sliding windows). When they were done, the place looked brand new. The team leader took time to show me some places that they were not able to clean because of access or misfunctioning sliding doors. I appreciated the candor. Pricing was fair, even though they had to add one hour to the estimate. I strongly recommend Cleaning4U.

Do not use this cleaning company. They give you a low inaccurate quote even if you tell them exactly what you want done and the cleaners will not finish the job. Then they will charge you another large amount for the bit that is left. Your better off going with a company that charges a flat rate per hour. I had to clean myself after they left. After the work is completed, the staff will walk us around the house explaining what work was done during the visit. Hired Cleaning 4U to do a move-in cleaning. I chose them based on all the excellent reviews on Google. They are a professional and communicative business. The booking process was painless and the service is excellent. Sean was very accommodating and reasonable to work with - I find this is a very professional business. The cleaners, Anna and her team, were very hardworking and focused on cleaning the marks and scuffs on the walls as we asked. The walls looked noticeably different afterwards. Thank you Cleaning 4U! Note that if you don't want to pay the transaction fee for paying online by credit card, they accept e-transfer.

Ladies are very very nice, I had bought deep cleaning. Over all cost $220. they are not detailed and used the same dirty rag to clean everything also they missed a lot of spots and was not up to my standards. I felt everything they clean left a trail of grimy film on surface and I had to clean over it myself after they left. The floor was not clean properly I had to clean it myself after. Really waste of money I could have done a better job myself . I thought I was getting deep cleaning but was far from it.

I have been using this service for several months now and love it! Setting up a cleaning is very easy and they are flexible enough to accommodate busy schedules. The size of the cleaning crew varies depending on the level of cleaning and size of the space. For a regular cleaning in a two-bedroom, three bathroom apartment, it takes two people about two hours. They show up on time, bring all of their own equipment, and are very professional. I work from a home office so I am present when they come. Upon arrival we do a quick walk-through together to make sure we're on the same page and then they immediately get to work. After the cleaning is finished, they walk me through the apartment to make sure I'm happy - it has been great every time. I definitely recommend Cleaning 4U, whether it's for a home or business, a one-time deep clean, or a regular ongoing service.

Sean and his team were amazing. We recently moved in to our new house, which was a new build. The last cleaners we used - which was before we moved in - did a terrible job. Don't ever use Exact Clean because they will rip you off. We had lots of dust still, the windows still had the stickers on them from when they were installed, the house still smelled like a construction site. So I had low expectations when contacting Sean. 3 girls came last Saturday and spent the day there, and oh my god, not only were they really great people, they did an amazing job. Initially, we were going to have them come and do a one time cleaning, but they did such a great job, and they are priced so well, that we are going to have them come on a regular basis.
