First time I am working with Clean Break Home Service, I am 100% satisfied. I am very happy with their excellent service, I talked with PIERO on the phone and told him what we need, he understand issue and my concern. Basically one of our client doing a power wash at his own property but next door neighbour complain about it and saying he does not want to water and debris goes to his property, when my client said they will clean up after power wash in neighbour side if necessary, but neighbour said no I do not let your contractor come to my property even for clean up. Even he does not want to move his kayaks on the fence during the power wash. What a situation! I am sure they are nice neighbours and I tried to understand their concern first of all houses is very close to each others, second May be they had bad experience in the past. Any way, I called PIERO and explained him all, he came with solution he said his crew will do Brush Wash on the wall and he will bring an industrial vacuuming and take the water out before go to neighbour side. He offered a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Those guys are very creative and reliable. Now we decided to give them many other jobs such as gutter cleaning spray the moss killer to roof etc. Thank you guys again.

Our windows had not been cleaned for 2 years, and then Clean Break did them for us. They are super easy and friendly to deal with, their price was in line with other quotes, but unfortunately I had to have them come back. Some windows had been overlooked, while others needed re-doing. Having said that, the guys were really great about coming back quickly and re-washing and getting to the overlooked windows. Probably would give them another crack at it next year.

we used this company in december, 2019 and paid the cheque. They cashed out on December 20, 2019 . When I checked my bank account online today, I found they cashed out the same cheque twice- in Dec, 2019 and on August 10, 2020. I don't understand how it was possible for them to do it. I will not use this company again. I need full explanation and full refund. Is it a scam or not? I asked my bank to investigate this issue.
