Arvin was not only polite, prompt and scheduled something quickly, but he cleaned out our chimney and I was so happy with the job he did that I had him come back to clean out the air vents. Great Service - reasonable prices. Booked an appointment for them to clean our heat ducting (16 outlets) and clean/tune the furnace. At time of booking, I asked about a new filter, and he mentioned that they could install a new 'reusable' one that would last for around 12 years - simply needing to be washed out with cold water every 6 months. It was $190. I said I'd think about it. On the day of appointment, Arvin and his team were late arriving - BUT he kept us informed all the way. They had some previous jobs that were larger than anticipated, so not their fault. Eventually arrived well after hours, but still committed to doing the job. Took just under 90 minutes to complete the job and added a sanitizer to the service to kill bacteria resident in the heating ducts. He also mentioned that we already had a reusable filter, so it just needed rinsing an it was all good. In other words, he didn't take the opportunity to sell us another - because we would probably not have known. Speaks of a great, ethical and professional approach to his business. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again...........

Friendly and professional, excellent service We had today our home air duct and furnace cleaned by Arvin and Paul. They are both super friendly and professional. Arvin explained in details what he is going to clean and where and why it needs to be cleaned. We talk about filters as well, obviously my husband and me got wrong size one. Additionally, Arvin offered an extra cleaning with some plant based chemical, as far as I remember, to sanitize additionally the air duct, which I accepted, because they did it the previous summer and then my younger daughter, who has asthma was free of asthma attacks for the whole winter. Also, they were super clean and put back the heavy furniture they moved. I would definitely book them again next year and recommend their service to everyone who needs such help.

We called them last Friday to clean our dryer vent because our dryer is not working properly and within 2 hours, they sent Anas Ali in. He is friendly and respectful. He made sure that he left everything cleaned. Before he left, he checked our furnace and gave us an advice. The next day, we found out that the problem is the dryer itself as when we tried again, the clothes wont dry so I called them back and asked if they do appliance repair as well. The guy I talked to said no but offered us some very helpful advice which we will be doing. We will be using this company again for our annual dryer vent cleaning. I haven't called them yet but will call soon for furnace cleaning as well.

I had scheduled a duct and chimney cleaning, when two days prior my aging programmable thermostat failed. I called to reschedule, and to my surprise, Arvin said he could fix all of it! He popped over a day early, checked the thermostat with a temp fix, and on the morning of the service, installed a new updated thermostat. After that, he did a thorough job of cleaning all the vents, and then finished with our wood burning fireplace. With the sanitizer option, the house smells brand new with all the benefits of a perfectly and evenly warmed home for the winter. Asthma begone. With so many 5 star reviews, I was initially skeptical, but he over-delivered on all fronts and I happily recommend without hesitation. I already referred the company to three friends and family.

Unlike some companies hired, AJ arrived early and prepared for the job. We had discovered flies coming out of the fireplace and suspected a dead animal might be stuck in the chimney and causing the infestation. AJ did a great job cleaning out the flues and extracted a dead squirrel. He cleared both the fireplaces and put meshing around the chimney to prevent future critter incidents. Only thing I found surprising is that he did not sweep from the top of the chimney but only from the bottom. Otherwise, was very happy with the overall service

Talked to Arvin a couple of times before booking. He sounded professional and the advertised package included 14 ducts and the furnace for $349, but I wanted the “dryer” duct to be cleaned too so it was another $120 (which was kind of expensive) and he suggested that we should also clean the AC unit (another $90)as well. All and all I paid $681 including taxes. Pretty close to what COIT’s quote but I think this is a better cleaning job. Will book it again in a few years.

Clean Air Canada Duct & Chimney serviced one of our largest renovation projects to date. They fully cleaned every spec of mold sedimentary particles from the renovation for a 60 unit condo project. Arvin came personally with Peymon and serviced our chimney. Arvin took the time to explain what they were going to do. He also accommodated my request to do visually inspect the roof. We initially contacted Clean Air Canada for dryer vent cleaning. We were so impressed by their excellent service and quality, we arranged another appointment for cleaning of the furnace and ducts, all vents and HVAC sanitization. Arvin did a very good job cleaning our chimney that hasn't been used for over 20 years. He went up the roof to assess the chimney condition and from there decided how to go about cleaning it. He took a picture for me to have a visual and kept me informed from start to finish. I find him trustworthy and knowledgeable.
