Highly recommend this company. They did really good job when i moved into my apartment in west vancouver. Girls did good job cleaning a place. and boy name Zhan is professional on carpet cleaning. Good management ! Nice prices and perfect job. Definitely will call them back when i will need cleaning.

This company was hired by our Strata based on a recommendation from our Property Manager, Julie Landicho of Martello Property Service and pushed on us by one of our Council Members....worst decision ever. I haven't seen our building this messy or unclean in the entire time I have lived there and I have lived there many years. I swear they don't dust, barely vacuum or mop the floors. Not sure what they do use to vacuum the carpets but it is tearing it up and they also use it to vacuum up our concrete parkade??? Horrible decision was made in hiring this company when we already had a fabulous cleaner who went above and beyond to keep our building clean and well maintained.

Used C4'c cleaning service for a condo move in. Tenants before me were absolutely filthy (read, pet feces on carpet, oil splattered all over kitchen). Two very friendly cleaners came, divided, and conquered. The place is like new! I'm not _quite_ OCD but was pretty freaked out at the state of the place. Any time I pointed out I'd like them to make sure to get an area, they'd already hit it. Very re-assuring. They also came in under my budget, which was a complete surprise. Recommend, absolutely. C4 is known as the cleaning company that pays their overworked cleaners late or just a fraction of what they are due because their cheques bounce. This is mostly because the owner would rather get his boots cleaned than treat "his" employees fairly.

I setup an appointment for a move-out cleaning Aug 29th. I received a call three hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, informing me that the cleaners were no longer available and that my appointment was canceled. I spoke with Marina on the phone who expressed sympathy, but was "unable to do anything about it". I'm now put into a position where I need to scramble last minute to find a cleaner with availability. C4 is unreliable and I recommend they be avoided.

I contracted C4 Maid Service to do a "move out" clean of my apartment, and emphatically recommend their services. It was a big job, but from my first contact with Lacey at their office, much of my stress was taken out of what can be a trying experience. The cleaners themselves were friendly, hardworking, and extremely helpful. My building manager was also pleased with the results. I do not hesitate to recommend C4 Maid Services, either for routine maintenance, or in preparation for big moves. They get the job done. Cheers!

One person was good and it seemed the it was the other persons first day. We live in a clean townhouse in Vancouver. The person that seemed new did the kitchen and didn’t bother to wipe the stove top or kitchen table. Very odd, most cleaners do that. She also didnt look at my face she only looked at my rings when we met, it made me uncomfortable. The seasoned cleaner was good and I could tell she felt like she was doing most of the work. When I asked if th stovetop cleaning is included she was also surprised that the other lady didn’t finish. I don’t recommend this company. We called them bc I am pregnant and our independent cleaner was on holidays over the Christmas seasons. We also saw a C4 cleaning car pull up on our street and decided to try them out. For a cleaning company, I would recommended Molly Maid, they are there to do a job and do it well. C4 is slow and kind of amisley walked around.

C4 is not BBB accredited because their employees are overworked, get no sick or stat holiday pay, the managers are bullies, and the owner doesn’t care.
