I hired Brilliant Cleaning Service to clean my 473 square foot condo for a move out clean. My condo was in average condition, but I wanted it to sparkle when showing it. I agreed to have two cleaners at my place for $75.00 an hour up to 3 hours. The cleaners were let in by a family member and worked for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Later, I went to look at my condo and I could not believe all the things that were missed. The stainless steel was not cleaned, the outside and inside of the cupboards were not all wiped down, there was dust still in many places all over the condo, and they forgot to clean the floor in my den. Honestly, the list could go on. I had requested a move out clean and what I came back to was so unsatisfactory, I had to call and have them come back. Two ladies came back a week later for maybe 20 minutes and tidied up a few things I had listed, but still missed things I had mentioned. At that point I had had enough and wanted to move on from this experience. But, then I received my bill about 10 days later and found out originally there were three people working in my condo, which I was not aware of and did not request. I was charged $112.50 an hour for a terrible job from the work of three people in a 473 square foot condo! What another great surprise to such a terrible experience. Even after having them return to finish the job, there are still items I will have to tend to myself. I do not recommend this company. It was a very upsetting experience for me, so please be warned. If you do decide to hire them, make sure you are there to ensure they are doing their jobs.

My household has been using Brilliant Cleaning on a regular basis for a few years now, and we are very happy with the service. We usually leave the house and let the crew do their thing and lock up. Crucially, we've had exactly zero issues with trust or reliability in all this time - zip, zilch, nada. The place is always sparkling and in great shape when we get home. I often leave some specific instructions, e.g. an obscure corner or cluttered spot that needs cleaning (normally they would stay away from cluttered desks and such). The team always obliges, and in general the staff is very flexible and accommodating. We highly recommend Brilliant Cleaning to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable cleaning service.

Wife used their services for her business approx. 1 years ago. They did an absolutely piss-poor job, for which we weren't willing to pay. They charged my wife's card anyways, and then sent us the paid invoices. They have now just sent her to collections, claiming she never paid them. Except we have both invoices showing amounts paid with zero balance owing. Strange way to run a business. Not only where they terrible at their job, they have now possibly impacted my wife's credit with 100% fraudulent claims.

I have been a client of Brilliant for years and love their service and commitment. I can say with all honesty that I am a great cleaner myself, and VERY particular. The Domestic Goddesses never fail, and I have given up trying to find something they've done wrong. If there is an oversight, I leave a small note just once and that task is always done on future visits. They are punctual, friendly and so trustworthy. My husband has major mobility issues and they are so kind and never make him feel like he's a burden. Many people comment: "how hard can it be to clean a house and doesn't take a brain to do that." Well they are VERY wrong; it takes a very smart person to be able to do what they do, and there's much more involved in 'just' knowing how to clean. I'm very glad I found them and there's nothing better at the end of a long day to come home and see my sparkling house and a friendly note. Major KUDOS and honourable mention to Larissa as she is most definitely the Queen of Clean.

I was hesitated to hire a cleaning company, because why pay for someone you can do yourself? Right. The truth is I CANNOT do it myself. I work full time, I have children. My place is a mess. I managed maintain it but is never good enough. The cleaner came for 2.5 hours and my place is AAAAMAAAAZIIING everywhere I go. (I never got it like that myself) So at the end is a small pay for a great benefit. ???? Now I get them to come every other week. And they also do extras. My oven if beautiful now!

A complete waste of money and not particularly brilliant. This was my first time using a cleaning service and was looking forward to having some help in getting a house ready for sale. The two ladies showed up on time with cleaning supplies in tow and we went over what needed to cleaned. What I failed to discuss, to my regret, was how it was to be cleaned. The one young lady had some experience and seemed to be in charge of directing the other, who as I later found out after asking her, was a newbie and had just started. She had no clue how to clean and basically moved the dirt from one place to another. Cleaning rags were not changed up or rinsed on a regular basis. Additionally, one does have the expectation that folks coming to clean can be left on their own to get the job done, but when I did this, I came back each time to find them passing phones back and forth, more focused on this than getting the job done. When the invoice came in, I was charged $243 for 3 hours of sub-standard work. I called the office and left a voice mail indicating that I would pay the invoice, but that the work was sub-standard and the service lacking professionalism. I never received a call back, nor any other kind of follow-up and this made it seem even more like a money-grab. Bottom line? Very poor quality job, very poor communication and follow-up; don't waste your money.
