My wife and I hired All about Details for a 6 hour refresh clean. They called midway and requested an additional 2 hours. After the clean, we found a general sense of cleanliness but they had skipped details such as dusty wall vents, all of the backsplash tiles, under and behind any of the kitchen appliances and they missed the entire coffee table. This quality of work goes against their name as they missed all the details and I didn't get the quality of service I paid for.

This is the best gift I bought myself. These lovely, upbeat girls come in 3 and stay an hour to leave my house super clean. They are so organized: from leaving me a reminder message the day before regarding their arrival time to coming with their own cleaning supplies. They don't ask for cash like a lot of cleaning people and they put payment through on my credit card. Getting my house clean cannot be more luxurious and easy.

Very displeased with this cleaning company. I contacted Jennifer at All About Details to provide a move-in clean, I was very disappointed with the result of their clean job. I was very clear with what I wanted to be done over the phone and expressed the importance of a thorough job.. Needless to say even with Jennifer assuring me 3 cleaners would do the job, they did not provide a detailed clean at all, leaving the windows streaked and bathrooms dirty and a few other things in the condo.. The last thing you want to do is clean your apartment after you finish moving. I am giving a 1 Star review because - They didn't provide a quality move in clean like advertised. - They didn't use Environmentally-friendly products like they say the did (they asked to use our cleaning gloves because one of the cleaning ladies "Didn't want the harsh cleaners they use to eat through her skin" - Giving the excuse that they didn't have the right scrubbing supplies to properly clean the bathroom. *** Note to Sandra and Jennifer (owners): Clients shouldn't have to point out the defects in a job to a professional cleaning company, it should be done right the first time.

All About Details Cleaning Services were good enough to squeeze us in at last minute with three of their team: Cathy, Harmony, and Kesanee. These professionals were sweet, smart, and hard workers. They obviously work very well together as a team because they went off in each their specialized departments to end up together in a timely manner leaving us with a sparkling house! They even bothered to mop up their final foot prints as they stepped out the back door when they left. Very happy with the service and look forward to having them back. Thank you.

I am quite shocked at the lack of customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process, from quoting to booking, no follow-up after cleaning and right down to the invoicing. I expect this to be dialed, considering we paid a PREMIUM for a clean, MORE than we were quoted!!! Prior to booking, I had requested a quote for a one time clean and was told $35 per/hour. After receiving the invoice, over a month later I might add, I noticed we were billed at $40 per/hour. When I contacted Taylor, she told me it is only $35 if it was a bi-weekly or monthly clean, which was not explained when quoted or when booking. I expect to pay what I am quoted as would anyone and this was not rectified. Back to receiving the invoice A MONTH LATE, this had lead me to believe no clean was ever done, as no one had followed up and no invoice was received. I received a voicemail and text message a month after the clean would have taken place asking me to pay, neither of these included a $ amount. I have yet to receive a response back from Taylor after expressing my discontent and I find it appalling any company would expect someone to pay more then what was quoted, which is the main reason I am writing this review and giving 1 STAR ** BUYER BEWARE Update: see texts with no further response from Taylor. I asked if the invoice was sent to our email, which I wanted confirmation. aug 20, no response via text, but an invoice was sent for the first time. This is where I saw the $40 per hour charge. If I am paying top $ for a service, I expect adequate customer service as well. AGAIN, these texts show, they cannot even take the time to respond to their customers in an appropriate fashion. I paid the invoice right away, IN FULL via e transfer, in the notes I again stated my discontent that I was misquoted and not once throughout this process did someone apologize for this, they accepted my money with no response... so I decided to write this review. They took 6 weeks to respond to my review and accused me of being too busy to remember I received an invoice. I had checked my junk mail and did not receive anything prior, remembering to pay was not the issue. They claim to keep detailed notes, However Aug 02, which would have been a week after the clean would have been performed, I was called by Sandra with "All about Details Cleaning Service" asking if I wanted to set up my FIRST CLEAN and was following up with my inquiry from June, again leading me to believe no clean had been performed. Taylor never ended up answering the text messages where I asked her to confirm if a clean had been preformed. So TO SUM THIS UP... no initial invoice, no follow up after service, no explanation or apology, no answers from my texts, a call after the fact asking to set up a first time clean AND a misquote and then a response to my review 6 weeks later accusing me of being "too busy to remember to pay". Isn't this FISHY!?

We just tried out All About Details for the first time the other day and they did an amazing job on our place. I would highly recommend this service. My wife and I both have a keen eye and a high standard for cleaning and our place looked flawless after a 3.5 hour clean between 3 cleaners (only takes an hour and ten minutes total). Try them out!

Dear Sandra, I mistakenly used my wife's google account to write a review. I have removed it. My apologies. As you know I am writing this review on behalf of my parents and myself. I also operate my own business and am familiar with the costs of employees that most of the public don't realize or forget. I had the opportunity to view the condo prior to cleaning. I know how much an average individual (let alone a professional cleaner) can accomplish in one hour of cleaning. I have spent time in the military and I know what it requires to pass a white glove test. After reviewing your reply I am now not taking as much of an issue with the total charged. My parents booked a 6 hour session for a small condo that was mostly clean and with carpets already done. Fair enough. They understood 2 cleaners would come, not 3. I do not feel this job required 3 cleaners plus an hour extra over what was booked. Seriously ? I definitely do not feel we needed or received 7 hours of honest labour.

I contacted this company on very short notice with an emergency and they were able to fit me in and complete the work. I sold my house and the cleaners I had booked for the move out clean were unable to complete the work. I had a VERY tight timeline and when I contacted the company they were able to allocate 3 ladies for just over an hour to help me complete the work. The ladies were professional, organized and very efficient. They were able to finish the work and they HUSTLED to get it all done in the allotted time. I am so grateful for the help and the outstanding quality of the work. I don't know what I would have done. The house is perfectly clean now and ready for the new owner. All About Details Cleaning had been highly recommended to us by a coworker. We booked them today for our first clean and I am ecstatic. Ally and Micah were pleasant and friendly, greeted our overly-affectionate pets and got quickly to work. I returned after a few hours and the house was incredible. I could never have gotten so much done in such a short time! We keep seeing the details - the baseboards, window sills, switches, the thermostat! The cupboards, door handles, all of those little touches in addition to the expected floors, bathrooms, etc. We are so happy we hired this locally owned and operated business to take care of us, and will exuberantly recommend them to anyone and everyone. This company couldn’t manage to show up on the time scheduled, very frustrating! I gave them more than one chance at it but they couldn’t get it done. You replied as though it was rare that you changed your appointment time for cleaning, that simply was was not the case. We tried more than once to work around your schedule. We asked that you email your schedule so we could work within those days and times. Sadly that didn’t happen either. It’s unfortunate that you have chosen to blame the customer for your unreliable company

They may well do a great job of cleaning. But they were disorganized and not terribly professional booking a time. Between using addresses of "Info@", chantel@ and sandra@ no one person seemed to know what is going on. We got confirmation to do the job four weeks out from Chantel and then a few days later got a call about they are not really sure if they can do the job on time for a move out with a hard possession date. Not cool to confirm a date and then take it back. GOOD BYE!
