I highly do not recommend anyone to use this company for any kind of cleaning as it will save you plenty of stress and you won't feel duped. Dealt with this company due to a grease fire at my home and Cody decided to throw out a family heirloom on a list of items that we had told them to specifically put aside for us once the home has been renovated and suitable for drop off. Unfortunately, he added our family heirloom to the list of items to be disposed of(completely unprofessional and incoherent on his part) and had the audacity to blame my mother, yet we told him over and over that we would want it back once the house was ready for drop off. In conclusion, don't deal with this company if you expect to get a specific item back and have already told them more than enough times that they shouldn't have screwed up and can't admit it. [Update]: I was recently contacted by a woman on Facebook claiming Service Master had misplaced my items with her husbands storage. Terrible business and will never recommend this unprofessional company to anyone looking for storage/cleaners.

Amazing company!! James and his crew were nothing less than amazing. From a tragic event of a fire that destroyed a family home, their team made it as easy as possible. From clean up, tear down, and replacing everything, the professionals they use to complete each piece of project completed everything as we requested. Any issues we needed fixing they were responsive and already resolving it same day! Even two months after completion and our final walk through we noticed something that did not get fixed that was supposed to, and they were there to fix it within hours. To say I’m satisfied with their service is an understatement. I will always be recommending this company for anyone who needs help. Great job Service Master!

Eager to start your job, but as with another independently owned branch, that I had experience with, they leave you waiting and waiting while servicing other clients with little to NO communication. If they are so busy they shouldn't agree to start your job in the first place. They came 2 days and now we are waiting for another 2 too 3 weeks before they can finish a small but extensive bedroom gut that had mold (do to pipe bust in the walls) and uncovered asbestos tiles on floor from previous owner Reno . Now we wait and wait when the representative originally told me a week job but we wait and wait! Service might be in the name but in name only! :( :( :(

Quick to respond to gather info. Was told they would return following morning. By mid afternoon, no-one showed up. Called and the company didn't even have us listed to have a job done. So by the time they got there, it was after hours and we paid thru the nose for this. The workers themselves were great. Very unhappy with the so called project managers. Do not reccommend this company. We won't use them again.

When a pipe had burst in our home we called Service Master to come aid in the clean up and restoration of our townhouse. If you have ever had the unfortunate experience of a flood in your home then you know how terrible and stressful it can be. The team at Service Master gave us such a relief with how efficient and professional they were in the careful handling of our home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the event of an emergency.

Great service for my flood with quick service. Saw a review by Spartan 69 that sparked my interest. If I were to guess, a grease fire caused large amounts of damage, likely the item was more than destroyed. By blaming his mother I assume that means his mother said one thing and spartan said another after the fact. Spartan also said he was contacted on Facebook, yet has no links and has a fake name? Fishy story on about every aspect. This company did a great job and hopefully I won’t have to use them again, but if an event comes where I need restoration services they will be my first call.

Recently we came home to find our finished basement flooded because our hot water tank failed. We had 2 inches of water throughout 1300 sq ft of carpeted space. My husband and I were beyond upset as we had only moved into our home 3 months prior. Our insurance company recommended ServiceMaster and they were at our home within an hour of our call. Our experience end to end was fantastic. The crew was incredible! They worked so hard to save what they could and clean up the mess. They were trustworthy and reliable. Their work ethics absolutely amazing. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Brantford and would use them again in a heart beat.
