We have had Elite Carpet Care clean our carpets that had pet stains and and they removed the bad smelling odor a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. We had them back recently to clean our rec room carpet and all the grouting in our ceramic tiles and again they did a wonderful job! Reached out for some carpet repair work. Walter informed me that he can do the work and told me to call him to arrange a date. Called, left a message, no call back. Sent Walter 3 text messages over a few days trying to arrange and get a quote. He honestly ghosted me and didn’t return any of my correspondence. I can’t comment on the quality of his work, but the quality of his communication is extremely poor. Not even worth the 1 star I gave him.
