Had Andy come out today to clean our badly neglected carpets. He was up front about the costs of what we wanted done (very reasonable), friendly to deal with, thorough in the job (stains we didn't think could be shifted are gone and the 13 year old coffee stains in my mother in laws room are much less apparent), and he was in and out much quicker than I thought he would be. He even brings his own water (no hookups needed) so if yours is on the hard side, one less thing to worry about. Thanks.
