People are constantly in the laundromat without masks, there's no sanitizer available to customers, customers have no respect for social distancing, no one is here to monitor anything. On top of that the signage is very aggressive and comes off incredibly rude and entitled. As a new customer here I do not feel safe or welcome.
Update: from the response of the owner, it's quite clear that the safety and well-being of the customers is the lowest priority for them. The response is filled with nothing but excuses.
You are the business owner. It is your responsibility to ensure that the people entering your business are adhering to the public health orders, otherwise YOU, the owner, can be fined. Yes, we are adults and shouldn't have to be "babysat", but the fact of the matter is there are adults out there that DO need supervision and that act like children. At the end of the day, if you aren't ensuring that the public health orders on mask wearing and capacity aren't being followed, that $5000 fine can come your way.
You won't keep sanitizer around because it kept being removed...why did you not get a machine mounted? Yes, it is an extra expense, but it speaks volumes to your customers regarding how you value them. You also only clean ONCE after hours... seriously? It's not hard to come in a couple of times a day and wipe down heavily touched surfaces.
You are taking zero responsibility with your reply here and are just trying to pass the buck. All you value is your customers putting their change into those machines. That response says it all.
I'll be taking my business somewhere that I am actually valued as a customer. I've stated quite clearly what needs to be done to correct my concerns. I'm sure others share my concerns.
We're in a global pandemic. Show your customers you care about them more than the change in their pockets. You should be ashamed by that response.
