Booked appt with Keystone carpet cleaning a month in advance to have carpet cleaned before moving out of my apartment. Phoned them the morning of to let them know door was unlocked and to let themselves in. They had forgotten to write down my appt and were not able to come until the following week, which at this point my roommate and I had been moved out. the result was we did not get our damage deposit back which was frustrating considering this was booked a month in advance. I would recommend looking at another company. Very poor.
