Cheers to the tailored way. This is my 2nd time using them and Clarissa who was my cleaner did an amazing job. Got referred to her by a friend and so glad I found Clarissa and the tailored way. The previous cleaners I had before Clarissa couldn't even provide me a receipt for their services after I had paid tax.... here I didn't have a problem at all! Actually, I was encouraged and given a receipt as soon as I paid my invoice. So worth paying the extra money to work with a professional company! Thank u again!

I purchased a Groupon for the Tailored Way in North Bay, ON. 4 hours for $115. When I redeemed my voucher, I had to pay an additional charge that was the taxes and I asked that the cleaners brought their own supplies and equipment ($20). Weirdly enough, there was an HST charge on top of this - see picture. So that was confusing all in itself. The girl was very nice, and on time. But not the best worker. It took her an hour to dust/wipe my living room, which could easily have been cleaned in 20 minutes. I has asked for the company to bring supplies and equipment because I do not have a good vacuum.. she did not vacuum. There were areas where build up of dog fur was ignored. Now keep in mind that my house was pretty clean to begin with. I just wanted a deeper clean that I didn't have the time to do. When it came to my bathroom, there was mildew build up on the tub and between the tiles in the shower. I had asked that that be cleaned. When she finished there was visible soap scum on the tub (I could wipe it off with my finger) and between the tiles was still mildew. I honestly don't know what kept her occupied for 4 hours if nothing was cleaned properly. I would never go with this company again.

I am very glad to have found Taylor. I first hired her for move out cleaning and then for regular cleaning of my new place. First and foremost, I find her completely trustworthy, which to me is the first hurdle for finding a housekeeper. She works incredibly hard and is genuinely a lovely person. Coming home after her visits is pure pleasure. My favorite part about her service is the fact that she is up to date technologically and is happy to communicate over email and text. She cares about her work and the service she provides. Highly recommended!

After purchasing a 4 working hours, gave clear instructions on only the 3 main area to be cleaned. They failed to do the simple tasks as Vacuuming, mopping the floor or cleaning the washrooms. When asked about a task to be completed the response from one of the cleaners was " Wish I had more hands" - this is not how you deal with a customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The team (Jackie and Danielle) came into what should have been an empty house. Turns out it still had tenant belongings and was not exactly as it should have been. They got to work immediately by moving the remainder of miscellaneous things to one spot and then began the “deep mive out clean”. It was a big under taking and within there time limit they completed 90% if the work on top of the maneuvering of “stuff”. AMAZING JOB!!! Thank you! ????

Got a door flyer from this company last week. I called in to book an appointment and was surprised that they were able to take an appointed only 36 hours in advance.
