Our family is pleased to write this review. I know the owner of the company for over ten years since we have been using this cleaning service. My wife and I are getting old and started to use this service more frequently, they are fantastic. My wife’s caregiver was away for 2 moths and they have managed to help her, ownership treats their clients like part of their family and this is rare nowadays

Natali helped me to get my cleaning done on time within our budget even though i was late while booking for house move in cleaning ,still she was able to adjust and get it done. I hardly give bad reviews but this ones well deserved. Terribly low quality cleaning. What did I just pay for? Don’t get ripped off. Msg to owner: if you want this review off google, call me to reschedule a new/free cleaning session because your cleaner did nothing except a gentle wipe down.. for 3 hours of “deep cleaning” as you call it the washroom and floor look terrible. What did your cleaner actually do?

I originally had an appointment on Wed that was asked to rescheduled to Thu, I was busy on Thu but I did not make a big fuss about it and try to be understanding. I had my friend over at my condo waiting for the cleaner. The schedule was at 5:30pm but he did not arrive until pass 6:30pm. I received a call saying he was going to be 20 minutes late but that was far from the truth. I understand that there are traffic during that time but should that not mean you should leave earlier and plan ahead? At least what is what every other professionals would do. As for the clean itself, it was subpar at best. I had requested a move in clean, which I requested for cleaning inside of the cabinets and the fridge, I did not think this was a lot to ask since the condo had been cleaned before. The cleaner refused so he pretty much did the washroom (which was still had spots which he said he could remove yet I simply wipe it out with a magic eraser) and the floors. It was a new condo with pretty much nothing in side. I wasted my money on someone coming in pretty much clean the floors and the counter service of kitchen and washroom of a condo. Perhaps they are better with house clean and office? I am not too sure if they use multiple cleaners and maybe others ones are better. However I can only speak to my own personal experience.

I first got cleaning service from Superior Maids a few months back thinking I would be a time one customer but I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I have been a regular customer since. They clean my 2500 square foot house twice monthly and I couldn't be happier with how spotless it is after each cleaning! I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and everyone only has positive remarks about their cleaning experience. Big thumbs up to Superior Maids. It's now 11:43 on moving day, and I had them booked for 14:00 today. I found out at 11:40 that they have to cancel because of an employee becoming unavailable yesterday . So now all my cleaning stuff is backed and gone, and I have to buy new stuff so that I can clean my house last minute . Would. Not .Recommended .

We had our basement cleaned, and the service was professional, thorough, efficient, and affordable. The cleaner was very friendly and courteous; he went above and beyond our expectations. He did a wonderful job, and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommended!

They did a terrible job. The cleaner spent 80% of their time cleaning the washroom (which is okay), but the washroom is in grimey condition. What did I pay for? The tiles don’t even shine and look dull and nasty. There is grime around the faucet and in many other areas...this where you spent 80% of your time? They are not professional cleaners with the right supplies. Don’t be fooled by their online presence. The quality of their work was terrible, and no attention to detail, unfortunately it seems that they’re out to make a quick dollar. My house also smelled like nasty body door when I walked in. I think they used water and a cloth and this is what they call “deep cleaning”. I’m disgusted by their work. Don’t get Ripped OFF.

Time had to be rearranged by company. Only arrived with one maid when I requested two. Lady who cleaned my house was really sweet but didn't do a thorough job of cleaning. Grout still dirty, baseboards not wiped, walls not cleaned. 2 stars for effort but won't be calling them again.

The ladies E & J were fantastic ladies! So friendly and polite! They made my 4-level home sparkle. They cleaned every nook and cranny of my house, couldn't find a spider web or layers of dust in sight (there were many of them). The kitchens appliances and cupboards were cleaned so well. It was sunny that day and when the sun shined in the rooms, it felt so great to see the cleanliness! I will definitely use Superior Maids again! Thank you so much!

Terrible service! Guy who showed up was not putting in any effort whatsoever. Left clumps of dirt on the floor, shower tiles were lightly wipped no effort to scrub anything! Suppose to be a few hours but left within 90mins. Literally had to do it all myself.. save your time and money!
