The worst service ever!. They charged 90 per hour and their service was not @ all worth. Just waste of time and money. Not @all professional, just wasted time pretending they are doing the job. We asked for a move in cleaning service, and we didint find anything cleaned. They said the cleaning supplies provided by their management are not good enough. If the supplies doesnt work, they have to get better ones, we are paying for the time and work you do and if it is not even one fourth worth it means, it is an utter waste..!! I do not recommend the brampton mollymaids!!

We have used the service 2 years ago and my wife made a complaint and the owners never responded on the Google complaint but in the end gave $100 but still overcharged.they claim they were here for 2 hours but my father-in-law and brother-in-law who were in the house said that they were not and they did a terrible job. Nothing was cleaned just wiped down. We are currently looking for a new service and I will not be trying them again. Buyer beware.

Poor service alert to all who are reading this review. Please do not hire Molly maid Brampton, absolutely worst and unprofessional. Quality of service is not worthy of any star. Seems the staff does not understand the meaning of deep clean. Even after pointing out all the places which were left out, the cleaners kept arguing and stating they are doing the best they can with the tools they were provided by the company, while leaving the place dirty. Our focus was to get toilets and windows deep cleaned but I guess the cleaners had there own agenda while leaving my windows and toilet pots dirty. I will be paying another cleaning company to finish the job which Molly maid was expected to complete and could not. I paid 372$ to mollymaid for giving me a headache and Harassment at the hands of its unprofessional and uncooperative staff. Absolutely horrible, I wish no one has to experience what we had to, please be safe and stay away from this Sham of a service. Stay Away from this business please!

I had called for a deep cleaning services for my house a week ago for the top two floors including the bathrooms. We had recently just had a wedding at the house and wanted some one-time professional deep cleaning services. When the day had come, two young ladies came to the house on time and seemed prepared to get cleaning. I showed them which areas needed to be cleaned. I asked them if they need any help or guidance and they both said they were fine and so I let them to their work trying not to disrupt their flow. When they told me they were done within 2.5 hours I was in disbelief as our house is not a standard size home. So I trusted them that they cleaned every single corner. Once they left I checked the whole house and not a single shower was touched, there was still hair on the floor, places were missed. I was so upset thinking these guys have such a great review but the quality of work did not show at all. I called their manager and told her the situation, sent the same girls back to the house again the next day and manager also joined. I showed the manager the house and she agreed the house did not look like it was even cleaned. This time when the girls got done with the top floor and had come down I went upstairs to check and majority of the showers were still not touched. One of the cleaners Carol was getting frustrated with the amount of double work she had to do that she started slamming our dining room chairs around and slamming the vacuum into our wooden staircase. I am not usually the one to write a bad review but I was really upset. And then manager says the girls can be cleaning a house more than an hour, had that been told me before I had arranged for deep cleaning I wouldn't have hired knowing that my house needed at least 4-5 hours of cleaning which I would say is pretty common for even standard size homes. On top of that they had asked for extra money knowing that I was complaining about their work and how they still missed a lot of corners. I knew it was a lot of work that I even helped clean and move items around to get everything done. I don't think I would ever hire for any of their services ever again. And I highly don't recommend them to anyone!

Pathetic service.. they came on time but the level of cleanliness was sub par..patches of dirt in washrooms, refrigerator and other places could be clearly seen..when we told them, first they argued and then they cleaned while whispering amongst themselves( I could hear what they were saying)..not professional..shoddy experience, never using it again n never ever recommending it to anyone

What has happened to Molly maid after all these years. I haven’t used them for over ten years when I did they cleaned the apartment, the cleaning smell was amazing, the only issue one of them cleaned the microwave with something back then the microwave had a plastic like on top in side so when you cleaned it bumps were apprearing from the cleansing. The two did what they were supposed to cleaned no talking until they were finished. Terrible service. Was charged $280.00 for a “deep clean”, I asked to please deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms mainly as this was a new house we just moved into the day before. See the first two photos below of the cloths after we cleaned the inside of the kitchen cabinets after they left. The cloths were coming out black, they hadn’t even done a single wipe. I called back, they said they do not refund but they will come back and clean, I said I prefer they don’t come back, manager insisted and said she will also come onsite for a quality control check - and so they came back a second time. Cleaners arrived first, manager later on. One of the cleaners was so unprofessional, came in yelling at me, made me feel terrible and emotional in this house we just moved into, not a great start. See the last three photos of the bathrooms after the second round of “deep cleaning” and after the supposed manager’s quality control check. After sharing the second round of photos, begging to please give me my money back as at this point I am even questioning if they even cleaned behind the toilets, and therefore prefer to just clean everything again myself the right way, or have to pay another company (I have a toddler and 6month old, was hoping to hire the deep cleaning out). Absolutely unacceptable to leave a customer feeling this way. They persisted on coming back for a THIRD time, I said absolutely not, please give me my money back - they gave me a $45 refund. How this company can charge someone $280.00 for this poor work is unacceptable and in my opinion, theft. Do not hire Brampton Molly Maid, it appears they have zero training in how to properly clean, especially deep clean.

My email to the brampton molly maid owners. Avoid this company. Hello. Today I had two Molly Maids that came over. I have to say, it was not to my expectations. The girls spent 2 hours only on the top floor. The first floor was not even touched. When I heard them talking in the washroom, I went to see and the blonde haired girl was standing watching the other clean. I asked that girl if they can divide and conquer, because I am paying per hour. She looked at the other girl and said "they are paying per hour?" As if she wasn't aware. I don't understand how it can take 2 hours to clean 900 sq ft only (she just ended up dusting the office, since time was running short, so not even the entire upstairs was done) Especially since I already have cleaning ladies that clean the house, so the house is not dirty. Everything has been left on the beds, the mats in the washroom are left on the toilet. After I saw them just talking in the washroom, no respect for time or work ethics, I asked them to leave as I did not agree with their work ethic. The attitude the lady showed, with the blonde hair, was appalling. She asked her colleague if they were going to charge us 5 minutes over the 2 hours. When my mother said half the house is dirty I shouldn't even have to pay full, she started yelling at my mom. Very disrespectful. I do not see myself developing any kind of relationship with these girls, nor do I like their attitude. I am appalled and will never choose this company again, nor will I recommend to any of my friends, who are in the search for cleaning services. The initial sales pitch was nice, but that's it. Being a manager of a team where customer service is key, I will tell you to please train your cleaning ladies on professionalism and customer service, as well as respecting a customer's time and developing a good work ethic. Your agents are the face of your business, more effort needs to be placed there by your management team. Your business might get better. Not impressed. Arooj

Do not call Brampton molly maid ! These guys are an absolute scam artists. When they conduct the FIRST service, they will advise you that the second service will half different rates meaning it would be less costly compared to your first service. I believed them and called back for the SECOND time and soon found out that their agreement on the second service visit is a complete LIE ! When I tried bringing up the price which they quoted me for the second service, the lady "sharmeen" denied and attempted to change her words as if I am stupid. They just care about the money, zero skills on customer acquisition efforts.

I was grateful for the service, so i overlooked any mistakes the workers made, but overtime the cleaning became too sloppy. My house is not dirty, but these ladies (human as they are) forget to clean many places, but the sad thing is, Kashif argues with their customers when they make complaints. I would not use their service if i was looking for a cleaning service for my home - i would like to get what i am paying for. Avoid Molly Maid Brampton. One of the worst cleaning services I have ever called. I had to watch over them to get them to do things, even then they still didn't do everything that I asked for. They didn't clean the windows, inside the cupboards, vacuum or mop properly, floors are still sticky. There was still food in the cupboards from the previous tenant. The fridge was still dirty. It was the must superficial cleaning. I might have as well cleaned the place myself. I would have done a way better job. The girls just kept complaining about the condition. The biggest waste of money.

I was quoted 90/hr for 2 hours, 2 cleaners. My house is a new home that needed to be cleaned before we moved in so it was empty of any furniture. I had all the floors and carpets done by somebody else. The day Molly Maid Brampton was supposed to arrive, they came almost half an hour late. So they spent only an hour and a half at my place, and skipped cleaning many obvious dirty areas. My credit card was charged over $300. When I called the manager he told me they sent 3 cleaners for 2 hours. I never approved 3 cleaners, they did not provide 2 hours, $300 is more than double what they quoted me, and they did not do the job! The manager argued with me with end result being I got credited $100. Still paid more than the original quote for a job not done! This was by far the the worst service I have ever paid for and the most disappointing customer service! I'm not sure if all Molly Maid locations are this bad, but I would strongly recommend no one use the Brampton one!

WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER! it was a move in clean and the time that was spent "cleaning" after coming over 15 mins late ( had a supervisor come out it was not done properly) and cleaning tools they had was rediculous nothing professional, I'm totally enraged i have to go over what they did , even when supervisor/manager came. (a mop a bucket of supplies and a vacuum) there is people that actually enjoy sanitation and cleanliness these people are just working for the money and are not cleaning properly, definetly not worth there rates, a TOTAL waste of time and money. there are much more professional and equipped company's go on kijiji and read reviews. molly maid in toronto wasnt bad, molly maid brampton is disgusting. one of the girls was barefoot on my counters!!!!! and dared to say she wiped it after.. bucket water was black each time i passed. these people are sick, i'm going to have to pre-empt sterilize my entire house this weekend.

Watch the cleaner make sure that they start in the bathroom and kitchen AND only if they have time after everything is done should they be dusting decorative items and the sofa. Most people hire a cleaning service for the heavy stuff. Whether they vacuum your sofa or scrub your tub it's still $99 per hour. Better yet hire a cleaner. For what they charge for two hour you can get 2-3 cleans from a good cleaner. Additionally the work is mediocre.

Update to my previous review: After I discussed the issue with the corporate office, the Brampton franchise agreed to refund the amount they overcharged. The Brampton location called me and said "*When* you remove your bad google review, we will issue you the refund." This company runs like the mafia, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Original review: I was told they would be charging $110/hour and they'd be sending two cleaners for my appointment. At the END of the service they told me that because they sent three cleaners the price was (much) higher, but they were unable to explain to me what the new hourly rate was. After an argumentative follow-up call with the owner, he informed me that he "actually saved me so much money" because it would have taken them so much longer with just two cleaners. Of course, my position is that 1) I agreed to a certain rate not contingent on headcount: $110/hr, not his $165/hr and 2) had a 2 person cleaning session gone to a certain hour, I would have had the autonomy to cap the hours beyond what I expected to pay. I called other Molly Maid franchises to ask if they charged a higher hourly rate for sending a 3rd cleaner and the unanimous answer was NO. It was a flat $110 per hour.
