This was my first time using Happy Home House Cleaning and it was a great experience. Mark was very responsible and very helpful accommodating to my short notice booking for getting the after construction cleaning of the basement that we finished and I needed it to be sparkling clean before I could book the final inspection with the city. The crew did a great job and on time within the quoted price range. I would always use their service with the future projects by Cozy Casa Homes and Mark will be our team from now on! I searched for a while to find a trustworthy cleaning company, then I came across Happy Home over a year ago. Previous cleaners had damaged and broken things because they were rushing, but Jamila & Ellen are great! I enjoy dealing with Carrol and Mark - it's well run business and they provide good service. Made an appointment for a consultation, waited 35 minutes and no one showed up or called about when they would be coming. Called into the service desk and decided to cancel the appointment and to go with another company, guy on the phone says with attitude “Oh, so we’re a half hour late and you decide to cancel the appointment?”, I replied, “you clearly don’t know what a schedule is buddy!”.

I requested a cleaning for my girlfriend who just moved into her new home and I was promised a good deep clean. Not only did the cleaners refuse to clean inside the fridge or oven, simply wipe the surface of the toaster without emptying the crumb tray... We also suffered a broken window blind, 2 shattered serving platters and a shattered terrarium. I was still charged for the cleaning, the original quoted price went up and then the owner have me 100$ off for the damages which brought the price back to the original quoted price.... Never again! I would caution you these guys have a ways to go to be labeled professionals.

Initial appointment was set; received a text from Mark asking to move appointment from 11am to 10am, I agreed. He was a no show. He called at 10:45am to see if we were "set for this afternoon". He said the 10am time never transferred to his schedule/calendar. I called the office; spoke to Kate. She confirmed that I was on the schedule this morning and that she 'didn't know what happened with Mark'. This was a simple error complicated by a lack of candor by a company who want access to my home and belongings. No thanks.

very good service . due to illness in the family most rooms in the house have not clean for a long time. called kate for a quote which was 3 to 4 hrs three people showed up and went to work. three hours later they where done and did a better job then i would have done. well done happy home. happy home is hired for cleaning my home p .s was ask for a list by mark to improve the service

We are very glad we followed up on a recommendation to call Happy Home. On the first visit Mark the owner spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the first cleaning went well. He also didn't charge for his time. When there is a change from time to time because of holidays or staff Happy Home makes sure they spend more time to make sure everything is done right. What I like about the company mostly is the time and effort spent on giving way more value than they charge for. I'm in the customer service business as well and I know I'm not as good as Happy Home. I admire Carrol and Mark as well as all their team for a job well done. I'm not much for writing reviews as I don't have much incentive but with Happy Home it's a pleasure. Well done.

My wife and I have a 3 week old newborn and needed some cleaning help around the house. We reviewed some services online, and settled on Happy Home. We were not disappointed with their initial deep clean. They were efficient, friendly, and kept us abreast of things we wouldn't have spotted. They also found our "secret sock stash" (read: dog toys) under both couches. The house looks fantastic, and Mark provided some insight and advice to help make our lives easier in the future. We will become a regular customer after this experience. We hope the future visits are as wonderful as this one!

I thought the ladies were wonderful! They were punctual, respectful, cheerful (not that I was eavesdropping but when they talked to each other it was also kindly and with respect and that tells me a lot about employee relations). The cleaning was very thorough and no messing about, they got right to it. They tidied up after themselves (even my houseplants got the royal treatment) and when they left holy cow the house sparkled! We'd definitely recommend to anybody who needs their help.

Dont like to hate on no one less to say the company somtimes things dont get done the way you expect in this case I wasn't satisfied with the way my house was cleaned floors weren't to my liking and counter tops were left dusty lets just say it was poorly done maybe in the future they can do a better job.

Terrible. They came in with old dirty ripped up T-shirts. Vacuums that were older then my mother. Every chemical known to man. The girls they sent here were up beat and happy considering what they had to endure. When I asked them on the phone if they would be able to clean out my cupboards they said ok! But when the poor girls got here they didn't even offer them a stool to stand on! They were walking on my counters. Luckily I had a stool here...The company is not one I would call for service. Keep with the reputable ones and pay the extra for professionals.

We have been using Happy Home Housecleaning Maid Service in Brampton now for over a year and we love them. The ladies are great, they are very thorough and do a way better cleaning of our house than I ever did. It's the best day of my week when I get to come home to a sparkling, tidy and clean house with a fresh scent. I love the service so much, I don't think I could ever give it up now. The company has been around a long time and I completely trust their staff!

The ladies who did the actual cleaning were lovely and did a thorough job. When a lamp was broken during their services the owners refused to replace it, pay for it, or take ownership for the breakage. They went so far as to leave unprofessional and terse voice mails on my husbands cell phone dictating that they would no longer clean the area where the lamp was located - the living room. I was stunned by the lack of professionalism during this and disappointed that a company would fail to stand by their original contract of insuring against damaged. Extremely disappointed in a local businesses failure to do the right thing. The cleaning services were great, just make sure you don't own anything valuable.
