Our cleaners were Yvonne Z. and Tracy B. They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my parents' 2-floor home. It took them about 5 hours for the initial deep clean. We also have 2 cats and there were no issues. When they arrived, I had asked them to do the washroom last, and they had no problems with that request. My parents are/were in hospital and will be unable to bend and clean for the next few weeks, so I'm happy that we called on Three LIttle Birds to help out with the cleaning. It is much appreciated!

I have had 3 little birds clean my house for over 5 months now and if it wasn't for there great stuff especially Vicky I don't know what I would do. Vicky has brought different team members to my home to train them. Which I don't mind at all because she knows exactly what my expectations are on how I like to have my home cleaned, which she makes that clear to each stuff member. This is a well run cleaning service that uses natural products, emails reminders they are coming with tips on how to best "prepare" to get the most out of their visit, they leave a check list with team members names on it and email a follow up survey after every service. The floors are super well done, bathroom sparkles, and there isn't any chemical odor from products. They are extremely professional.

Called this place to get a quote as a comparison to our previous service (Merry Maids of Hamilton) and they quoted me $717 for our 3 bed, 2 bath house. Merry Maids quoted and charged $340 as a comparison. Not sure how anyone can justify the massive price increase from Little Birds to Merry Maids. Something to keep in mind before you call! Editing to say that yep, it was for a one time clean fee. Asked at the time why it was so high and was told it would be less for recurring but wasn't told prices - still higher than Merry Maids in both cases (one time and recurring). Not saying don't use them, just caller beware of prices!

We finally opted to bring cleaners into our home which is a large farmhouse. The difference is noticeable at every turn. If you're on the fence about bringing cleaners into your life, I can't recommend it enough. Having dealt with a few different cleaners in the past, dealing with Three Little Birds has been great - straightforward pricing, flexibility with timing and travel, and professional invoicing have been consistent throughout the process. The cleaning products they use smell great and are natural, which has really refreshed the house. We even had them working around a sleeping 4-month old puppy without waking him, I consider that 5-star review worthy!

Three Little Birds teams are great! This price was for two lengthy bookings. They were dealing with a mess left by our painter who had massaged drywall dust and paint into our laminate flooring. The entire house was also covered with a fine drywall dust. This was a project and they took it on with great intent. Both times they were punctual and no dallying when they arrive. After a walk-through and briefing they promptly organized and went right to work. These folks enjoy what they do and take pride in their contribution to your happy home. Price is more than reasonable for the amount of elbow-grease expended. I have had quite a bit of experience hiring cleaning companies in my work and this is the first time I have not had to remind people what they were to clean. I am recommending them to everyone I speak with in the Hamilton area and would love to take them with me to my home province.

I was really impressed by the work they did: it was very detailed, including things no other service has done for me, like dusting the walls, cleaning around the windows, and wiping down the kitchen cabinets and baseboards. Legit... The 3 little birds team (Annie, Nicole, Bree & Karen) blew past my expectations and the first thing my partner and I said once they left was "how do we give them 5 stars?" Well, here we are and I wish I could give the team more than 5 stars. Professionalism through the roof, and our new home feels just like that, rather than a recent construction zone. Also, I cannot say how much I appreciate the cleanliness of our stove now. As I told the team, when we bought the house we weren't expecting the stove to be so caked in with grime (the prior owners were supposed to clean it). Given my breathing difficulties it was so difficult to scrub. They left it in a sparkling condition and even offered tips about using a pumice stone. That will be put to good use!! Everything is wonderful and I've already shared your name out to my friends that are moving to the area!

Very Professional when booking the service - however prices were not clear upfront. They sent an extra person and the cleaning was completed in three hours. They had charged me for four simply stating that if there was one less person it would have taken four hours. No one informed me about this process at the time of the call and it would've been nice to know instead of being charged for an extra hour. This definitely blew my budget and when it was brought up to the office line they were not even willing to accommodate or realize that the above should have been explained to a first time customer at the time of the booking. As a first time customer this left a very poor impression. In response to your response - Your office offered three people to me(no one mentioned it was too accommodate me or my timing). I was advised to book 4 hours IN CASE. Who knew that having an extra person would be of extra cost to me. I was told you charge by the hour not by number of people at the time of the booking. To have someone accommodate a time at 9:00am on the day off is difficult for anyone especially because I mentioned at the time of the booking I would have to drive 40 minutes to come open the door. I was more than happy to accommodate to your time however did appreciate your team calling me as i was leaving to tell me I can wait as the team is able to come later. Your team of three came to my place and mentioned it was one of the cleanest places they have seen and that it would not take long at all. Knowing this i am shocked that a 750 sqft space took 4 hours to clean. This team also arrived 1.5 hours late which was very frustrating. I can understand being half hour late due to the unpredictability of first time cleans however that was also quite unacceptable as again i mentioned i had to drive 40 minutes to open the door. For four hours and $444.00 I have seen better. I explained all of this to the office when i called on friday which whoever was at the other line was quite short and said nope thats the charge as it stands. Friends who were over definitely heard her tone of voice and i can tell you the vote was unanamious when I say she was short and not compassionate at all. Very poor customer service when it came to explaining things or being accommodating. This is the first time i have left cleaners alone and it definitely won't happen again.

This company really goes above and beyond! When the cleaners came to the house last Thursday, they struggled with our gate and accidentally pushed it the wrong way, removing it from its hinges. Three Little Birds called on Friday to inquire about the damage, which my partner didn't have time to fix before he left on business. Darryl (the owner) arrived on Saturday in the middle of a snowstorm to fix the gate. I couldn't believe how kind and generous this was. Really top notch customer service. I can't thank you enough!

I am not sure how there can be so many great reviews. My son and girlfriend were moving into a house that had been left in a disgusting shape. Very dirty. They made it clear that the house was extremely dirty and that is why they needed help. They paid a huge amount of money for apparently 3 people for 6 hours. The house was not cleaned well at all. Cupboards still dirty. Cat feces left. Windows not done. The house is not large. The house should have been very clean with 3 people for 6 hours. If they only do surface cleaning then say that and be honest. If they don't know how and don't want to do deep cleaning be honest and don't grab people's money, and not recifty when complaint comes in. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I hired 3 Little Birds to clean my house before my photographer took photos for the listing. I have never been so disappointed and angry. Not only did they do a terrible job, they aren't open on Saturdays to make it right. I have a 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom house. They did not "make it" upstairs to the bedrooms. For 2.5 hours they swept my floors and wiped up some of my kitchen. They did not clean up the side of my cupboards nor did they actually mop the floor. My dog's fur is right where I left it and my house looks disastrous. I asked them to clean my floors; they obviously spent the ENTIRE time windexing one inside door. So why did I bother making a "wish list" if it was just going to be completely disregarded?? The cleaning products didn't even do a good job. I will be up all night desperately trying to clean my house with vim before this deadline. Biggest waste of my time.

Karen in the office was very accommodating and was very flexible in the range of time we could book for cleaning support. She answered all of my questions and had the service starting very promptly. Hollie, Bethany and Trish have done a super job of cleaning the designated areas. Carpets are well cleaned. Congregation members love the scent of lemongrass which is used in the vacuums. The pre school teachers commented on the cleanliness of the washrooms. The cleaning solutions are all natural so we don't have to worry about harsh chemicals around young children. At our Church Council meeting yesterday evening, congregation members comments on the quality of work. We are so pleased that 3 Little Birds has come to our assistance when we needed help. They immediately came up with a strategic plan to clean the house and set off to work. I have been using Three Little Birds service for years now. They are very accommodating for the schedule cleaning times. As well if the need arises to reschedule or cancel an appointment there has never been an issue. Going on a vacation but a regular appointment time is coming up just call or email them to either skip or reschedule. They are very understanding. The ladies do a very great job at cleaning. They are very friendly, polite & professional. Whenever there is a new member to their family come by for the cleaning service they make sure to introduce themselves. As with my last visit when Trish introduced Madison to me and then they went off to do another great job at cleaning my place. Trish has been a bit of a regular coming by often teamed with one or two others and everytime there has never been an issue between the different team members. Another great bonus is they come by to work not play on their phones. To be honest I am not sure they even have phones with them because in all the time I have been using Three Little Birds not once has anyone been on their phone while cleaning my place. As for price. Three Little Birds is very reasonable for price. There is no real cookie cutter price because the service package is built to your specs of what you would like cleaned and how often you would like them to come by. My place is a 3 bedroom townhouse, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room & 1 living room. There has never been them doing a rush job or taking so long. On avg they are at my place 1-2 hours.

I was really disappointed with my cleaning by the three little birds. When I got home after my initial “deep cleaning” the tiles in the kitchen were still dirty, the floors were still dusty in the corners and near the wall, the walls were not cleaned, the microwave was left dirty, and several surfaces were left untouched. It seems that everything was wiped around rather than underneath. It seemed like very little effort was put into my cleaning. They sent some new cleaners after I told them that the job was not completed properly, and they left me a note on my counter saying that they were unable to clean more thoroughly. The building I am living in is brand new and should be easy to clean. I am not happy at all with the service as it was supposed to be a deep clean and it was truly more of a surface clean. I don’t recommend hiring this company.

I've used their services for a number of months, cleanings were generally okay, on occasion had an issue with some areas left dirty but these were quickly addressed. Recently the quality of the cleanings have been hit or miss, and several times priority lists were not followed and areas ended up getting missed. Having had some renos done recently it was important that construction dust get completely cleaned and I booked an extra cleaning just for that. Again areas got missed and a priority list was not followed. I thought I was being fair in reporting it (and they encourage you to tell them about any issues you have with their service) but I was frustrated that this had now happened a few times. I didn't ask them to return or compensate me for the areas missed on the last cleaning but pointed them out, because this was a special case where construction dust was everywhere and I had wanted a thorough job done. Instead of dealing with the issue they decided to increase my fees for cleaning by $100 for a biweekly service going forward. I offered to compromise on what type of services I need in future, but that was ignored. Clearly they don't want my business. I think blaming and penalizing a customer for reporting dirty and missed areas by increasing their rates instead is very poor customer service.

We have been using Three Little Birds to clean our apartment for about a year now. They always do a great job whether we are home or at work when they come. To date they have never stolen anything. They broke a mug once and proceeded to call and email me to let me know of the situation, and offered to replace it. Any other situations that have come up, they have resolved quickly and willingly. Our most recent service was with Kirsten, Madison, and Kristen. They were very friendly, and excited to see our two dogs and two cats, who seemed completely thrilled to see them. Any cleaners who are good with our pets are good with us. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Kristen and Elizabeth came to clean my son's rental place. They were truly amazing. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. Elizabeth did a miracle job on the stove.
