We have used Ram Cleaning Services for the past 4 years to clean our carpets and used them for the first time last month to service and clean our home furnaces as well as the furnace in our rental property. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and their commitment to a job well done. Both the furnace technicians who did the work for us this year were knowledgeable and answered the questions and concerns we had. They arrived during the time frame specified for us when we booked and left the work spaces clean and tidy when they were finished. We hired RAM to clean and repair the carpets in our new home. There was a strong pet odor from the previous owner, and the carpets had deep ripples running throughout the home. RAM was able to completely re-stretch the carpets and eliminate any pet smell. Would highly recommend their service! The addition of sanitizing the carpets was a great recommendation and well worth the extra cost (which was nominal) in my opinion.

We had friends coming to town and wanted to do a good total house clean but we live very busy lives as most people do. I would not recommend working at Ram for anyone who has rent and bills to pay. They pay commission pay, which works out to about $8/hour when you do the math (and yes, we have double and triple confirmed this rate as employees).So they do not fairly compensate you for the work you do. The manager does not care about the health and safety of her employees. She bullies people into working when they're sick, and then she cuts those peoples hours as punishment when they stand up to her. She tries to make the maids risk their health by trying to make us go to clients areas who have been tested positive for Covid-19. They do not pay travel time either. You don't get lunch breaks, or any breaks. Some days you'll work a 12 hour day and the only break you get is the drive in between clients. Be warned: Ram Cleaning Services is an awful, toxic, horrible place to work, and all they care about is making money. Which they do by ripping off the maids.

I must say, Ram Cleaning came through for me BIG TIME! I needed the chimney cleaned so I could impress a lady friend during a date tomorrow. They said the earliest they could get here is Monday, 3 days from now, which didn’t work, so I pleaded my case, and the lovely customer service lady on the phone pulled some strings, and my chimney was clean an hour after I called them!! A friend recommended we use Ram to get our carpets cleaned and we are very happy that we did! We have off-white coloured carpets that are about 16 yrs old. Todd, our technician told us up-front that he wouldn’t be able to get them white but they looked almost like new when he finished and we couldn’t have hoped for a better result. They ended up looking cleaner and newer than any previous carpet cleaning result in yrs prior. He was meticulous and tried his best to get our carpets and sectional sofa as clean as possible all the while being very friendly and personable. The price they quoted on the phone was the price we were charged. Very happy and will use them again in future. Highly recommend.

He worked efficiently and and left my carpets clean and fresh. I am so impressed by the level of professionalism that I've received from Ram all three times I have hired them. Each time I have had to contact Ram the staff deliver clear and concise information about their services. The final bill has always been in line with the estimates I have received over the phone. I've used Ram Cleaning Services three times in the last week or so. It was one of the few places I could find that would clean my two wool area rugs. These are both beautiful hand-knotted, so I was looking for a good, reliable company. I was not disappointed. Quick, personable service at a great price. The women in the office were very helpful and one even went to far as to offer some advice to prevent our two dogs from marking when we brought the rugs home. I also used their services for our wall-to-wall carpet in the family room and stairs. The previous owners of our home left us with quite a mess and I didn't think we'd have much success. We tried the grocery-store rental route several times before we called Ram. Kingsley was the technician who came to our house. He was quick and thorough. In our previous house, we have paid considerably more money to other companies and not seen results as good as this. He took the time to explain what he was doing and suggested what we needed to protect the carpet going forward. I will be using Ram Cleaning Services exclusively going forward.

Had our furnace, ducts, dryer vent and humidifier cleaned. Our technician Joseph F was excellent. Fixed the issues we were having with air circulation in some of the bedrooms and changed several the settings for the systems to work more efficiently and economically. He was not in a rush and helped us re-program out thermostat and explain why we were having some of the problems with the heat and air condition units. Magnificent work.

I have used Ram the past 3-4 years in the summer for bi-weekly lawn maintenance. On Aug 13, they attended my residence at approximately 0930hrs. When I returned home around 11am, I noticed that a large glass panel on my wrap around deck had been completely smashed. This is tempered glass and left quite a mess. I contacted Ram immediately who were going to investigate it, and despite a series now of unanswered emails and phone calls I have still yet to hear from them. I am now forced to start small claims against them. Absolutely dreadful customer service, and this company accepts to dodge any liability. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

We mentioned to Duane that we had just had the house painted and were concerned that the hoses didn't mark the walls especially around the stairwells. I decided to give Ram a go and they sent a very competent technician over to clean my sofa, chairs and carpet. He was in a good mood and seemed to enjoy his work. That made me feel comfortable. Afterwards,my carpets and furniture looked really clean. He then offered the carpet protector and I had that applied to the carpet only, for 50 percent of the cleaning cost. I know some people who have been customers of Ram for years and they have always been happy with the results. I recommend Ram to anyone who requires any of their services.

We've been using Ram for many years for various jobs: carpet cleaning and repair, furniture cleaning, furnace and duct cleaning and more and have been most satisfied with the jobs done. Dwayne came this week to clean the ducts and the furnace but suggested that we wait until spring as they were still pristine (his words) so didn't require attention. Instead he cleaned the dryer duct and the humidifier. We appreciated his honesty about what was and was not required and look forward to seeing him in the spring.

Very disappointing. We hired Ram to do a spring clean up. At first glance it looked nice however we soon realized so much was not done. We asked for one bedroom 2.5 bath and kitchen area only to be cleaned. Booked 2 people for up to four hours. We have a dog so yes hair is an issue however the couch was not vacuumed, kitchen cupboards not washed, toilets still dirty spots, showers untouched, cobwebs on light fixtures, light switches in main area dirty, master bathroom cupboards not washed. All top surfaces were done, floor vacuumed and mopped and mirrors cleaned. I immediately sent RAM pictures of a house that was clearly still dirty. They said the GPS had the cleaners there for 1.47 hours and “they did their best.” I explained the job wasn’t completed. 2 people for almost 2 hours for one floor open concept 1000sq feet 2.5 bath is shady with photos to prove almost everything missed. The pantry door for goodness sake was still covered in fingerprints. Management offered no support or solutions. Not even sending someone else to finish the job, which we would have paid for. Just too bad so sad. Unacceptable cleaning, management, customer service and no accountability. Also charged us the full 2 hours after speaking with management. Bad experience all round.

We used Ram's drop-off service twice, recently, for an area rug and for chair upholstery cushions. We appreciated the 30% savings we got by dropping it off ourselves. Both times, the cleaning job was excellent; we couldn't have expected more. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the turnaround time was great. We've been Ram customers for a couple of decades at least which shows our satisfaction better than anything we could say.

Quick, efficient, detailed. When the tech arrived at my house he was prepared and identified the work that was to be completed. He asked me to show him the location of the furnace and fireplace that he was to be cleaning. He got started immediately and while waiting for a certain part of the cleaning process to complete he got started on other items to optimize his time. We recently had Ram Cleaning Services clean area carpets in our living and dining rooms and they did an excellent job. When I made my request I was impressed with the way I was treated by the customer service person who scheduled the job and told me when the driver would arrive to pick up the carpets. The driver arrived as promised, picked up the carpets and informed us he would be returning them in a week. Six days later I received a phone call informing me our carpets would be returned the following day between 10 a.m. and noon which happened. The tech returning our carpets wanted to show us some wear on one of the carpets so we could decide how to position it before replacing the furniture. He unrolled the carpets and helped us position them in the most suitable way before he left. A couple of days later I received a follow-up call to ensure we were satisfied with the end result; we are, and will use Ram Cleaning services again.

We have a 3 month old, light colored Persian carpet. We were looking after my son's dog and he developed a gastrointestinal problem during the night (yup- both ends) and we woke up to three "deposits'" on our beautiful carpet. Unbelievably bad service. Got them back and they attempted to install the wrong curtains. Moreoever there are two sets (one wrong) installed on one section. Also hooks have been missed. I also think they damaged some of the curtains. So bad.

I have used them at a rental property, as well as my residence for carpet, blinds, sheers and sofa cleaning as well as flood damage control. I have always been happy with the work done, the friendliness of the technicians and the care they take when they are in my home. Also, the technicians are very considerate in giving you a courtesy call prior to arriving. When we were out of the country a few years ago, I received a call about a sewage backup at our rental property. I called RAM and they were able to go out right away and did a super job with the cleanup in the basement. Last week after completion of house renovations, I used RAM for the first time for vents and ducts. Rich was the technician who came out, and he was professional, friendly, and very considerate of my new paint job and carpets. Thank you Rich for the care taken, and awesome job in getting rid of all that dust! Holly has been my contact at RAM and she is so friendly, efficient and very helpful in providing information on any of the services they provide. It has been such a pleasure dealing with her all these years! I will continue to use RAM as the need arises, and highly recommend them for any of their services.

I have used Ram Carpet Cleaning Services over the last few years. On June 26, 2015, I had them come again, and the technician named “John”, did just a spectacular job getting out all the stains in my carpet. He did the best job I have ever had anyone do!! I would like you to know we have been using RAM SERVICES for twenty years at least. I have to say we did try a couple other cleaners over the years but always go back to RAM and with RAM we will stay. They are reliable and undeniable the best cleaners in Calgary. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Duane as well as a small repair. I was extremely impressed with the outcome! He was very nice and educated me on the add ons offered without being pushy. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Extremely disappointed and would give 0 stars if it was an option. We hired the company for a MOVE OUT clean. We arranged for a 3 hour clean with 2 cleaners at 1 pm Saturday afternoon. We were asked to give a credit card for a deposit, which we did. The cleaners called once to say they would be an hour late. Then another call to say they would be an additional half hour late. We had moved previously the day before so we re arranged our day to accommodate the fact they would be an hour and a half late. At 230 pm when they arrived we met them at the house. We had provided a list of what was needed prior (included in pictures) and how many rooms and levels (including the basement) were in the home. We were quoted $400.00. When they arrived we asked that the baseboards and windows be done as well. The 2 ladies barley stopped to listen to what we had to say (they were walking up the stairs not even looking at us) and went about their business. At 504 pm (2.5 hours later) they texted (not called like previously through out the day) to say they were done. When we went back to inspect we found that only the upstairs carpet had been vacuumed and main floor hard wood had been swept and mopped. As you can see in the photos no windows were touched and neither were the baseboards. The cleaners left a note on the bill saying "baseboards wouldn't come clean". I took a damp paper towel and all the dirt came off. The kitchen, walls and doors was completely untouched. And to make it better, the door to the basement was never even opened. They had not vacuumed or touched a single thing in our basement. We paid $400.00 to have one floor vacuumed and one floor swept and mopped. Not to mention we paid for 2.5 hours of cleaning when we arranged for 3. Ram has said they will not reimburse or compensate as we "should have been more clear" with our list even though they did not touch a single thing on our list. We are disputing the charges with our credit card company and have reported them to the BBB.

Worse cleaning service I've ever dealt with. Booked a move out clean for the house and it was to be completed in 1 day as we had to return the house to the landlord the next day. Showed up late and I had to call the company to make sure they're still coming after they called us they were going to be an hour late... The hour they told us had pass and no calls. So I personally had to call RAM services. Didn't even give us a heads up that they're late AGAIN UNTIL I called... A move out clean is very simple and self-explanatory. Any additional request was to be given in a list which was. I didn't think I had to leave a list at the house when it was already emailed and provided before booking. As there employee even told me just to email them the list to the confirmation email I receive so they have it ready for them. Then all the sudden, when I called on Monday the excuse with the list is I emailed the list to the wrong email address... Yet how does that make sense...? I would think common sense is the reply back to that email I received from them so everything is in 1 thread which would be easier for them to go back at if something was missing... I guess not... Now the clean they did... 2.5 hours of cleaning and all they did was mop the first level and vacuum the second floor... After telling them what needs to be done and they still didn't do it. For example, baseboards... The excuse they provided was an absolute joke... They have all the cleaning supplies in their possession and they said it couldn't be cleaned... Yet a simple damp paper towel was able to get the baseboards clean... They said it was too tough to clean off... They also said to me on the phone when I called and explained to them I wasn’t happy is that they said maybe the product the cleaners used in the beginning made it easier for us to wipe down... WHY ARE WE WIPING IT DOWN!? That is their job to do when we're paying them and it was requested to be done in the first place... I also requested the basement to be clean... Wasn't even touched... Not a single thing was done in the basement. I can keep writing and writing on what they missed but you already can see this is clearly unacceptable. All they said is when nothing is fully clean is to add more time = more money when we specifically said we needed the house cleaned in 1 day. They told me 3 hours was plenty to get clean so they said coming between 1 pm to 3 pm is plenty of window time... I guess since we were the last job of the day, they can just do the bare minimum clean and be on their way. They also missed so many simple things, like a wipe down on counters and ledges... I didn't think I need to request a wipe down on such simple things... I trusted RAM service because they've been in the business for so long... But I was wrong. The staff is rude and one of their employees hung up on me when I was trying to explain the issues that had happened. No voices were raise as all I wanted was a resolution. The best part is they won't do a thing for you too... The lady on the phone did not even call me back at all. So my personal experience is hoping that people don't spend money on companies like this. Spend the money on independent mobile services because they will make sure the job is done right as they’re self-employed and want their business to continue to grow.

I recently used Ram to do an end of lease clean-out of an apartment. The crew was given clear written instructions of what was expected. I was notified that the job was completed and that they were finished early. When I came to inspect the work, areas had been completely missed and what was cleaned was done poorly. This left me to arrange a second cleaning crew to come finish the job. I recently used Molly Maid to clean another property of mine and was blown away by the difference in quality and service.
