We started with Never2Clean in Jan 2020. Our first cleaner Daisy was great but when she left the cleaners that replaced her were just OK. At least 3 times the cleaner did not show up and we were not informed. We ended up leaving at the start of Oct 2021 to find a better & more reliable service. At our last cleaning we asked that our key be returned but she did not have it. Since then we have emailed and called Richard and the main office many times but almost two months later and we still do not have our key! We are now needing to change our front lock.

Been using this company for several years now on recommendation from my sister. They're very good and thorough and very accommodating for changes in schedule and my dog! All of the employees I've dealt with are very friendly and cheerful! Definitely recommend!

This company likes to hire people that don't do their job properly then call customers liars! Booked this company for my mom who had just bought her first house EVER to come and do a 1 time clean/move in clean. Some areas were completely missed like in the bathroom and kitchen. When I emailed the person I had been dealing with and explained our unhappiness with the finished result, I got him calling me and making excuses as to why it wasn't done properly instead of just apologizing and trying to resolve the issue. Now he's calling me a liar and telling me to delete my review I gave on Facebook. Wowww. Worst customer service ever!

Stay far away if at all possible. I booked Never2Clean to do a new occupancy clean and it was a horrible, horrible experience. I went with this company because my wife’s coworker had a positive experience, and there was a get 1 hour free promotion off a 4 hour clean. Seemed like a no brainer. To book was simple, I filled out a form online and the next day someone contacted me via email, easy peasy. I was supposed to have a 4 hour clean, and 2.5 hours in I came by the house to let the maid know not to worry about locking up. To my surprise the house was empty. No maid, and even worse the place had looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We are talking black mold under the rim of the toilet. I was promised the world for a “deep move in ready clean” and did not receive it. I emailed customer relations and got no immediate response. Almost a day and a half later their office calls to apologize saying they are dealing with the issue internally. They wanted to send their “best maids” in that afternoon to finish the job. I told them that’s all I wanted, was for a clean house to be done properly. I come home that evening to find the job done sub par again. Part of new occupancy was to have your cabinets wiped out on the inside. This wasn’t done nor were the baseboards cleaned. The best part this was 2 weeks ago and I never received a followup from this company asking how my experience was the second time. All I got was a bill and that’s it. Again save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else like Mopify
