We also had Dave as our technician and he was great! Well informed and diversed in the products and services. Never tried to upsell but we went with additional services due to his no pressure, information based approach. Was in and out quickly and even helped fix a vent that had been broken years ago. We were having dryer issues and figured it out to be a clogged vent. It was Dec 23 but they were able to come out the same day, the technician was incredibly friendly and professional. He stayed until he was certain it was fixed. As a large family with lots of laundry we were very impressed with this quick service so close to the holidays. Dave was great! Contacted me to confirm my appointment two weeks out, called me again the day before, and then 15 minutes before he arrived. He explained the process thoroughly and tidied up on his way out, showed me what he cleaned out at the end. Dave is knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Had a follow up call the next day by their head office to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend them!

Tanner, the owner, was too notch to deal with. Our home has 2 furnaces, and access to clean is more complex because it is a custom built home. Tanner took the time to talk to myself, my husband and our mechanical company to figure out how best to access the vents. He was very professional and very friendly! Most importantly, the dust in our home is almost gone. What used to be daily wiping of dusty surfaces is now almost weekly thanks to Modern Purair!

The service technician Gord, was very professional and did a wonderful job. was clean, organized and was able to answer all our questions immediately. We asked him to clean our dryer vent near the end of his job, he did it without hesitation and included it in the service fee bundle at a lesser charge than having them come back and do it later.. Super easy to book online service where the quote you receive is exactly what you pay (under $400 for a 1500 sq/ft house with a finished basement). I was quoted $500+ everywhere else. Dave called ahead, explained everything beforehand and did an excellent job. I will definitely be recommending this service to all my friends.

Unfortunately I forgot the technician's name, but I was very happy with the service he completed in August. He took the time to walk through the house with me, show me what he was going to do, explain some of the processes, showed me how dirty certain areas were prior to cleaning, answer any of my heater/vent questions (not just related to cleaning), and just overall was a pleasant experience and I feel a lot more comfortable in my home now. Donald and Tanner did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and dryer vents. They were professional and went above and beyond by helping me move heavy items away from vents and cleaning the areas where they worked. The company is easy to get ahold of and actually call you back. As well when you make your appointment, they call you ahead of time to ensure your good to go. Upon arrival you take them on a tour around your home and right then and there they give you a quote with taxes in so there’s no surprises. I added on another service and the owner came the next day to finish up without any hassle. I can honestly breathe better knowing that there isn’t debris lingering in my vents from when my building was built. Thank you Donald and Tanner!

Called several different places indicating my home size and type of house. I requested a quote and to be contacted only through email as I was working on a site that didn’t allow cell phones. Modern purair was the only company who followed instructions and gave a quote approximate with the adders depending on how many vents I have. The tech was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and what I should do if I were to finish my basement ao cleaning can be completed in the future.

Very disappointing and unreliable. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago and was told they would arrive between 8-9am and would phone 15-30 mins before they arrived. When nobody had show or called by 9am I called the office only to be told their truck was not working and they could not do the work today. I received two reminder emails about my appointment but nobody had the decency to call and say there was a problem. Called both the local and head office and was told someone would get back to me by the end of the day.... I'm still waiting. Awful service and not the way to treat customers.
