We have had Ndane clean our house three times so far on the bimonthly plan and we have been very happy with the service. I actually squealed when I saw the inside of the microwave! They arrived right on time, were very professional, social and detailed. They left no spot unwashed. They even cleaned a few spots off my kitchen chair cushion, oiled my wooden furniture, and vacuumed/ deodorized my dog's bed. They certainly went above and beyond... and I'm pretty picky! Thank you soooo much ladies for taking that stress off my shoulders right in time before the in-laws come visit. Whew! What a life saver. Even the receptionist at this company is amazing. She was very polite and helpful. This was my first time with Inspire Clean but they have definately hooked me in as a long time client. They made me feel so much like a queen for the day. The crew showed up exactly at the time they said they would, and started with a walk-through of my home to determine exactly which areas needed special attention. Jessica, Heather and Erin got right to work and were so thorough. The hardwood floors were especially tricky, as there was drywall dust and paint in the grain, and now they look brand new. When they were done the clean, they walked through with us explaining everything that was done. I booked Inspire Clean because they were rated number one in the area, I've used other companies before but wasn't totally satisfied. First, the booking process was super easy and covered a wide variety of needs to establish their quote. For the record, I mentioned I wanted to list my house so I needed the place spotless for realtor photos, I asked for a deep clean (move in/out), the works. There were reminders about the booking several times with ample opportunity to cancel if you wanted/needed to. I was not home the entire day so the crew was given my garage code which was very convenient for me. I am a single mother of two boys under 4 years old, if that gives anyone out there an idea of how messy my house was. I walked in the next morning and my house smelled basically sanitized. My favourite part was the baseboards and backsplashes. Someone even fixed my sink drain which was on my to-do list that Sunday. I can't thank these guys enough, I will not only be using them again, but will be purchasing gift certificates for family members as well, worth every penny :)

We were thoroughly impressed by their excellent work ethic, how meticulous they were, and how detail-oriented they were! On top of all of this, the team was comprised of such warm and lovely people. Their passion for the job truly shone through and they had such a positive attitude throughout. We had even inconvenienced them a few times with rescheduling due to our house being renovated (and delaying our appointment), but they were so understanding and accommodating. Inspire Clean is a house cleaning service that understands that maybe you don't want your entire house cleaned, or that you don't want to commit to a regular clean every week or two. Other services we have tried, want to charge a hefty fee for the first clean. If you discontinue their service for a month or so, they want to charge the hefty fee again. Not so with Inspire Clean. There are rooms in our house that don't get used, so don't need regular cleaning. Inspire Clean understands this. I was able to negotiate a rate that was fair for both of us. Inspire Clean has very high standards. Staff are punctual and reliable with great communication. The rooms that I want cleaned are cleaned very thoroughly. I didn't need to provide any instruction other than pointing out what rooms to clean. Our glass showers sparkle. The cleaning staff are professional and personable, and they provide their own products and equipment. The cleaner was even comfortable with our dog in the house. We recently had Erin, Heather and Victoria to clean our newly purchased home from top to bottom before moving in. The staff were absolutely lovely and did a very thorough job. After they were finished they went through each room letting me know what had been done, and any issues they noticed that we should be aware of (e.g. mould in the washing machine gasket). I would highly recommend these ladies and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! :)
