They removed coffee, pet, and water stains from my carpet. My couches look great! They customer service was amazing! I will now have them come annually! The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business. I checked them out as well before I scheduled an appointment. They had done some work for a friend in town who was very happy with them. Grossbusters does not disappoint!

In the coldest weather snap they did everything they could to get to us as soon as they could. Our dogs destroyed our house this week. Got into the dog food bin and spent hours vomiting and pooping all over the house-carpets, rugs, couches...- and it was a disaster. We picked up the piles (and piles) of "mess", but Grossbusters did the real work. When I came home from work our carpets and furniture were very fresh. I almost (but not quite) am thanking the pups for being monsters just so I can enjoy these 'brand new' carpets and couches! Professional, helpful, friendly, and very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Simon and Brendon of Grossbusters were on time and got to work quickly after a short review of what I was after. They had no problem moving the sectional pieces to get underneath. I noted a recent water heater leak into the carpet and they used a spray to help mitigate any potential mould in the area. Finished up within an hour and it looks great so far. Can’t wait to see the area all dried!

Simon & Breandon were great! The guys got right down to business as soon as they showed up. They were professional and personable. The carpets look great and it didn't much time at all (about an hour). So glad we decided to use them for moving into our new house. The detergent used on the carpets also smells great which is a bonus. Overall it was a great experience and we will be hiring them again for future jobs.

Had carpets cleaned before new owner takes possession of condo. I did a bunch of price hunting and found prices to be quit e low compared to others with great reviews. They were also very easy to work with. I wasn't at the condo when work was done but my aunt said the carpets looked brand new again and place smelt amazing.

Talawa and Brandon showed up a little ahead of schedule and spent time going over what they could do for us. Very courteous with things like asking about shoes on in the home and about moving items. Talawa even offered to help me get some shelving out of the way to allow them a better job. The process was fast and efficient. These two guys worked very well together and were a real pleasure to deal with.

I recently had the GrossBusters team (Talawa and Tyrell) come out to my home. They were on time...young professional adults. They were both thorough in their explanations, efficient and very effective. They did all three bedrooms, stairs, an entry way, part of our living room (as most is under an area rug) and two area rugs. They took one hour and a half. I definitely highly recommend this business as the carpets have never looked so good. They got the makeup stains, dog and toddler stains right out. Great job fellas.
