By far the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. Despite not completing the job as agreed and quoted, and leaving the work site without notice, they had the audacity to unapologetically change their quote from per room to per hour after the fact, to justify their time spent and still charged us their full fee. After several phone calls to them requesting half our money be refunded for half the quoted work completed, they admitted they had quoted us improperly and began negotiating a price correction, however they then terminated all communication with us without notice, hoping we would just go away. Apparently they would prefer to read reviews about them like this instead of admitting fault and refunding a customer to make things right. They say they have 'learned a great deal from the situation' but that does not include calling a very dissatisfied customer back and attempting to correct a wrong - it's never too late... I'm still waiting.

Terrible service. We had them do an onsite estimate so they knew exactly what the job would entail, then they showed up with only one frozen bottle of the required specialty cleaning product TSP (enough for 1.5 rooms out of 6), wasted an hour going to the store to get Mr. Clean (which didn't clean properly), and only completed half of the job. Then they charged us for the full estimate even though they admitted they did not complete the job they agreed to do. We ended up having to hire someone else to complete the job in order to get the house ready for painters. Very disappointing.

Horrible service all around. I am now facing a bill of over $1500 and the house cleaning and tile cleaning were a joke. I told them that I needed the deep cleaning package. See pictures attached to see what they considered a deep clean. If I were the CEO of this company, I would hang my head in shame. Further, when I called to complain, the floor manager started quote PSI and chemical statistics like I care, continuing to make excuses, without even bothering to look at the evidence. I paid for a service and you did a horrible job, then made lame excuses. That's a damn poor manager. They offered to come back and finish but now that's time and money out of my pocket. My only compensation was a $250 off for the floor cleaning. But it was all bad. Avoid this company at all cost. There are many better options, with management that actually still cares about customer service.

Spectacular carpet cleaning - I highly recommend. We had previously used their services on a move-out and contacted them again for a recent move. They did a fantastic job on our carpets, and our property managers had no issues returning our full damage deposit. A very professional and qualified team - you won't go wrong using their services.

another family member and I both hired GDI to clean our upholstery and carpets. Jamie did an absolutely amazing job, getting a bad graphite staying off a cream coloured rug, and making furniture look like new! I sent my carpet away with him and I can’t wait to see what it looks like when I get it back. Jamie really cares about his work and puts in every effort to do the most thorough possible job. Super impressed! Will definitely hire GDI again!

***update: I was contacted by a manager who let me know that Tony is no longer with them. He emphasized that he does care about my experience, and will address the staining free of charge. I feel much better knowing my complaint was in fact dealt with, and appreciate the follow up very much. Original post: I had my carpets cleaned last summer and am posting the review because I still don't feel the situation was rectified. A man named Tony cleaned my carpets (poorly, as there is still staining), and he made inappropriate jokes and made me feel very uncomfortable. At one point he asked if I were going to get on my hands and knees and help him out. He also asked if I were married, and where my husband was, etc. I became so afraid that I ended up leaving to ask my male friend to come over. My friend witnessed Tony looking me up and down and confirmed that he was being a total creep. The carpet cleaning was terribly done, but I was thankful to have him leave. I later phoned to complain, and spoke to a woman who agreed that my experience sounded awful, and that they would chat to Tony. That's it. No real apology or follow up. Every time I walk by a stain on my carpet, I am reminded of this outrageously horrible experience. They already have my money, so they obviously do not care if I felt threatened and had a terrible cleaning job to boot!

I had furnace / furniture and house cleaning done post new flooring install. The services were so well organized ... by the end of the day I had a clean , dust free house. The people that provided the service from the office to the workers were professional and hard working. I was very impressed and delighted after a week of wondering if I would ever get my house in order , that in a few short hours it looked better then I could have done ( without spending a week at it !!). We have had Servpro in to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis for the past 3 years and couldn't be happier. The cleaners do a great job and the customer service we get from the office is second to none. We have also have them in twice a year for carpet cleaning and once a year for window cleaning and furnace cleaning - if you're looking to have anything cleaned in your home, this is the company to call!

I would recommend Jamie for sure. He did a very thorough job and even cleaned the carpets in our 2 cars. There were 2 red stains (kids!) in the house carpet that did not come out but he didn't think they would so he managed our expectations appropriately upfront.

I recently hired Servpro to clean my house. I have never used a home cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect. The girls that arrived were awesome! They were friendly and efficient and did a great job cleaning my house. It was such a positive experience I am going to have them come back again.
