Had a very good experience with Dun-Rite. Tyler was helpful and responsive to my rescheduling needs and gave me advanced notice when they needed to reschedule. Further, Riley got delayed at his previous house and called to let me know that he was going to be late. I appreciated this heads up. As for the service, they did a good job and were very tidy. I appreciated that Riley wore a mask the whole time. I would recommend them for duct cleaning. The one improvement they could make is providing technicians who are double vaccinated to COVID 19. It is unclear what is allowed given the law but when a technician comes into your home, it would be nice to know that they have done all they can to prevent bringing COVID with them. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived right on time. Were fast, efficient and very professional. 50 years of dust build up in old duct work was removed and cleaned. Ducts were also repaired as needed. Pictures of before and after were supplied when I requested them. Furnace cleaned, filter was replaced & dryer vent cleaned. All furniture was moved and replaced exactly as before. I opted for the sanitizer and it was a very pleasant odor, not over whelming. I definitely would recommend this company to others. Worth the $$, which was also reasonable. ????

They were about a hundred bucks more expensive than other quotes we had, probably because we are out of town, but they did a very good job and were very professional and followed COVID Protocols. We had Dun Rite in to clean the furnace and ductwork in a condo we purchased for our daughter. We liked them so much we used them again at our new home when we relocated. We had some good fortune and had to return to our previous city and of course, we called Dun Rite for a cleaning there. At first they weren't able to accommodate us, but Scott put me on hold for a minute and pulled a few strings. We were set! Riley did a fantastic job for us and he took extra care and attention moving the equipment around in our new home. We also got the disinfectant spray throughout the ductwork. Great work guys!! Very reasonable, professional and accommodating!! UPDATE: A few days later, I was having trouble with an air exchanger and called Dun Rite thinking they could help since they were recently here. They arranged a local plumbing and heating company to come and check the problem, they made a small repair and Dun Rite paid for that service!! This is not a service we see much these days. Thank you Dun Rite, you guys are amazing!!!

He was very thorough with every vent and took his time to make sure the my ductwork was completely free from dust when he left. I used to clean ducts in my younger years and they have all the optimal equipment to get the job done. I will be using them the next time I need my duct work clean.
