I booked with Daniella moving in cleaning service for moving day. The morning of one lady called in sick leaving only one cleaning lady who did not get to complete the service in her own. I was disappointed that didn’t get to have a clean house prior to moving in. Daniella booked a complimentary cleaning after I moved in and sent one of her best cleaning ladies Jessica who was amazing and didn’t leave my house until made sure it’s completed to my satisfaction. We’ve been using Domestic Divas almost since they started and the service has been consistent and exemplary. We have a fixed weekly or fortnightly schedule depending on the season, but they’ve also been very flexible when required around holiday periods when we have guests and need more frequent cleaning. Our two buildings are always spotless but also beautifully arranged. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning where I reached out for more information and the possibility to start a regular cleaning service, the folks at Domestic Divas have been wonderful. The office staff were so helpful with scheduling (and rescheduling due to unforseen issues) but once the initial first "big" clean happened, we were beside ourselves. The house was spotless. The areas she cleaned, which I was ashamed to admit I didn't realize were that bad - sort of floored us. The baseboards on my stairs have never been this clean - something you sort of take for granted! There wasn't a corner overlooked. It has been far too long since I spent the weekend in a completely clean house where there was no stress about cleaning or chore lists etc. I may have spent it curled up in a blanket reading, enjoying the homemade bread and stew I had time to make. What a lovely change of pace! 5 stars - I highly recommend.

I just got the stainless steel cleaner and WOW is all I have to say! In the 6 years I have owned stainless steel appliances I have not found a cleaner that does an amazing job like this one. It cleans so well and it doesn’t leave any greasy marks behind like some other ones do. I highly recommend everyone to buy this!!! You won’t be disappointed that’s for sure.

We decided to try Domestic Diva's line of cleaning products and loved them. Loved the bathroom cleaner , how it didn’t leave streaks, the water rolled right off the shower walls… and the hardwood floor cleaner left it very shiny and nice…… Will be purchasing these and other types of cleaning products again

I am revising my previous positive review of Domestic Divas. I was booked for a cleaning job at my house on July 26 at 9am, as specified by an earlier email by Domestic Divas received on June 7. Unfortunately nobody showed up. I then called the office and left a message asking if the cleaning lady would be late for any reason. Since nobody returned my call , I then sent an email to head office explaining once again what happened and expressing my disappointment in their total lack of interest in trying to provide an explanation and try to rectify the problem. To date I have not received any reply; I even thought that the company might have gone out of business, but then, when checking their website again, I notice that the somebody from Domestic Divas had just written a reply to a customer a few hours earlier. If there is an issue with the booking system, or if somebody “forgot” to enter the appointment date on the system, a simple apology would have done the trick; we could have rebooked the appointment. Instead Domestic Divas has chosen the unprofessional and childish option of ignoring the issue and, as a result, to lose a customer. Thankfully there are many other cleaning services options out there.

Danielle arrived on time but Samantha was late by about 20 minutes. Having said that, they stayed lpastb5:00. They worked well together to clean the house, even though Samantha was just being trained by Danielle. I believe it was her first time cleaning although I could be wrong. I would have been more confident if both of them had already been trained and both had more experience cleaning. After the clean, my husband and I noticed that some dusting/wiping had not been done and there were cobwebs in the dining room that had been missed. In addition to regular check list items, our priorities would be: The kitchen, including detailing, such as vacuuming crumbs out of the kitchen drawers, wiping counters and cupboard doors in the kitchen and laundry room We have pets and dust and pet hair collects under furniture, so we would like our Divas to slide the living room couch and other furniture before vacuuming if possible. Our couch is not too heavy to slide away from the wall.

Extremely disappointed in this service. Not one room was actually clean. I submitted pictures and spoke to the office regarding my experience and have received no response. This is more of a "tidying" service, than a "cleaning" service.
