Techs were on time and highly courteous and communicative. They took great care, educated me about my system (ie, recommending I use a better (cheaper) type of furnace filter and showing me how to clean the ventilation system filter) and verified their work by showing before and after photos. Pricing very fair and good value for service provided. Would definitely use them again.

They did a thorough job and did not rush on to another job. Very much appreciated. They put all furnishings back in place. They gave some hints about furnace upkeep. It is the second time I’ve used Bridge City Duct Cleaning and I’ll definitely call them again the next time. Highly recommend.

We booked Bridge City Duct Cleaning to clean our ducts. They were prompt in their arrival and careful in their set up putting down mats to protect our floor and stairs. When they checked our ducts, they realized our ducts were not dirty and told us so. I would not have known the difference. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. They still cleaned our dryer vent and replaced the furnace filter. I will definitely book with them again when we do need our ducts or dryer vent cleaned.

Two top notch employees came to our home this afternoon. After rolling out floor covers, they checked the ducts. They were totally honest with me showing pictures of our ducts, then telling me they were clean & simply did not need cleaning! They dusted the furnace & were on their way. They could have cleaned th ducts & charged for the service, but they were honest! Suggested I call them in a couple of years & recommend their company!
